Status of the project. Jason. Thank you, President Vara. All right. Redlands Unified School District Facilities Corporation District Meeting Report, dated December 12, 2023. On March 27th, 2001, the Redlands Unified School District established community facilities district number 2001-1 in the city of Highland for mitigation and enrollment growth due to residential construction. As of June 30th, 2023, 835 permits have been issued within that CFD. On November 14th, 2006, the CFD number 2006-1 was also established in the city of Highland. As of June 30th, 20, 2023, 203 permits have been issued within the CFD. On September 13th, 2016, the CFD number 2016-1 was established in the cities of Highland, Loma Linda, and Redlands. As of June 30th, 2023, Or June 888 permits have been issued within that CFD and no bonds yet have been issued on that. On May 11, 2021, CFD number 2021-1 was established in the cities of Highland, Loma Linda, and Redlands. As of June 30, 2023, 271 permits have been issued within this CFD and no bonds have been issued. Financial activity from the CFDs is recorded in the capital projects fund of the district. The ending fund balance of the capital project fund as of June 30th, 2023 was $4,427,644. the financial activity of the debt service of the facility corporation. On June 30th, 2022, the principal balance of the CD was 17,030,000. A principal payment was made in September of 22 in the amount of $510,000. New balance as of June 30th, 2023 is 16,520,000.
