BB 9100.1 — ^Organizational Meeting

The Governing Board shall hold an Organizational Meeting within the time limits prescribed by law. (Education Code 35143)

At this meeting the Board shall:

Elect a president, vice president and a clerk from its members.

Reaffirm the Superintendent as secretary to the Board.

Authorize Board signatures.

Develop a schedule of regular meetings for the fiscal year.

Designate Board representatives.
