testing constructing redesigning this machine so that it was consistent and reliable through this process they have become experts in different areas they've learned how to safely and effectively use power tools alex they've learned about the importance of position precision and stability while subsequently honing in on their critical thinking skills more importantly they learned the meaning of teamwork and the art of

Grace Park would you please introduce the final presentation Madam President members of the board superintendent Joseph cabinet and
community we have our seventh and final update to the board on our local control and accountability plan our annual update to our board this evening will be on the progress of goal 2 which is tied to state priority three parent involvement priority 5 student engagement and priority six school climate here are a highlight of our actions and services to actualize goal 2
which is for staff parents families and students to be connected and engaged to their school to ensure student success this year we served 698 families with a variety of resources our hope resource center 1011 families accessed the care closet for basic needs like clothing toiletry and shoes we had 28 unaccompanied homeless youth who are assisted with college and
career-readiness counseling with assistance with filling out a college application Career Planning and also completing their financial aid documents and 80 of our homeless students benefited from free tutoring this year at our health clinic we've seen 850 patients as of April 2500 unduplicated services were provided and 1,500 vaccines were administered to our high needs students with our attendance
counts campaign you can expect banners at every one of our schools and our school district has been recognized four times by the state of California for having a model school attendance review board for improving attendance while simultaneously decreasing dropout rates we've made 900 home visits and held 96 SARP hearings this year to work with families on improving attendance to
support our foster youth we have one dedicated counselor to support our our youth for a variety of needs 44 have benefited from free tutoring services and exciting are our six seniors who will be pursuing post-secondary education within our multi-tiered system of support for behavior also known as Mt SSB we have 12 intervention counselors who have provided push in classroom
services for 4431 of our elementary and junior high school students on academic and behavioral counseling 1362 elementary and junior high school students needed additional support were served through small group services and 93 of our students who needed intensive support have received individual counselling this year another element of our Mt SSB framework is our positive behavior intervention support PBIS
implementation that has been in place at all of our k-8 schools and with our high school with it as our first learning year and PBIS emphasizes evidence-based practices that include school-wide expectations using data to support decision making and the use of proactive communication to create a fight to create a positive learning environment at school all of our elementary schools
junior high and k-8 schools and two of our high schools have Safe Schools ambassadors program this is a program that has been endorsed by the California School Board Association and is also on the California Department of Education site as a promising practice for improving student connectedness and also school culture and important within this program is it teaches students to
recognize bullying and encourages them not to be bystanders throughout the year we've provided professional development to our administrators on the use of providing other means of Correction when applicable in lieu of suspension and expulsion in the next part of our presentation we're going to have Mary salcedo who is our director of access and equity finish highlighting our
actions and services and with Siobhan Roberts who is our coordinator of child welfare and attendance share with you our progress of the ten measurable outcomes for goal two by the way the Briggs folks you don't have to stay for this they were so polite so we're gonna continue with our parent academies the family engagement Center hosted 50
parent academies so far the school year and 38 staff trainings 143 parents attended the 50 trainings held at the center we have many other trainings that happen at school sites as well new this year was support for our school community liaisons on how to increase in support family engagement and parent education at the school site elementary teacher professional development was
provided on parent education opportunities for parents to learn how to support their child's success in 2018-19 we will start a PBIS parent Academy to train and guide our parents in understanding and supporting the program at their school site we are currently measuring and will have a missed a measurement completed by June 2018 100% of our school sites will have
for school site council meetings and I'd like to share with you that 4 is the minimum I don't believe we have a school in our district that only has 4 4 ELAC Advisory Committee meetings as well and the district will hold for district level English Learner Advisory Committee meetings as well by June 2018 100 % of our school sites will
provide at least one training to parents and families as you probably know most of our schools do about three to four language arts mathematics science technology how to help your child at home are all part of those trainings for parents at the school sites and because we want to share the growth and measure progress of our parents voice in our
community we also want to share you are school quality survey results 4750 for parents participated this year 78% agree or strongly agree that families are informed about school sponsored activities and that is an increased percentage for us 93% of our families are encouraged to attend school sponsored activities and that is 98 percent agree or strongly agree and that
is also an increase in percentage schools encourage families to volunteer 75% of our parents agree or strongly agree and that's the same as last year and a new measurement we're sharing with you is staff members and families treat each other with respect 82% agree or strongly agree with that statement and that's an increase for us next siobhan Roberts will share some
additional information to continue with goal six school climate we'll look at the progress made in three metrics or two metrics areas there are three metrics that measure school climate the first being the California healthy kids survey which was presented to the board on March 1st and the other two are explosions and suspensions indicated here looking at expulsion --zz indicated
by the downward blue arrow and the thumbs up CV USD met its goal to decrease expulsion rate the rate was 0.08 percent lower than the state the district also met its goal to decrease suspension rates last year the suspicion suspension rate was 2.5 percent indicated the decrease indicated by the downward arrow and the thumbs up also lower than the county and the state the
state also represents suspension rates using the five by five color chart the chart compares current status the 2016 year to the change from the prior year and in review the performance levels are indicated by colors blue being the highest followed by green yellow orange and red being the lowest Chino Valley is in the green along with majority of the subgroups
well there are two subgroups in the yellow there was a decline in those subgroups and there are two subgroups in the orange and as a team we have analyzed that data and indicated as systematic efforts and ways to increase equity for all students continuing with student engagement state priority five four of the five metrics are indicated here the first being the attendance rate
again as you can see in the blue arrow and the thumbs-up Chino Valley have met its goal to increase the attendance rate of ninety seven point three nine percent higher than the state attendance rate the second is the chronic absenteeism rate chronic absenteeism is defined as a student who is absent for 10% or more of the school year at any given point
during the school year and in the 2016 year this is baseline data as you can see there's a little graph to indicate this is the first time that this data has been gathered tuna Valley was at a seven point one percent chronic as absenteeism rate lower than the county and the state we expect the chronic absenteeism rate to change the state has
indicated they'll be gathering the data differently next year the next two rates are middle school and high school dropout rates here dropout is indicating a loss transfer not a student who no longer attend schools so when students exit a Chino Valley school we are to track them and identify where their next school is when we aren't able to track
those student it's considered a loss transfer or a dropout so the middle school dropout rate slightly increased 2.34 percent and the magnifying glass indicates that we're looking into this we have implemented a date a dropout prevention protocol and we're supporting administrators in school site office staff and implementing that protocol and with the high school dropout rate at one point
one percent we met our goal to decrease the high school dropout rate and the rate is lower than the county and the state the last metric for student engagement is the graduation rate also indicated or represented by the five by five color chart however differently than the suspension chart the graduation rate is current status compared to the prior
three years an average of the prior three years chino valley is in blue and all chino valley subgroups are in blue or green we are aware the state has indicated to us that the graduation rate data will also be gathered differently and that we should expect a decline of two to three percent next year and graduation rate mrs. Blair does have a
question I think it would be the fourth screen a multi-tiered page to the professional development on other means of Correction who's attending these these trainings are for administrators so the Office of Student Support Services has provided regular trainings to our administrators and they also follow up bi-weekly phone calls to all of the school sites and providing that
assistance and then how does it trickle down to our educators or does it not it does not this is for administrators to be able to assess when other means of Correction are appropriate in lieu of suspending or expelling them right but if we don't explain what changes were making then it could create the belief that we aren't
supporting the teachers you know concern and so if they if they don't know what new ideas or new methods of Correction are being implemented then they may feel as though their concern is just being disregarded so maybe even if it just was a PowerPoint of some sort but just something to let them know that it's based out of this program sure the
legislation changed about five years ago and so I know at some sites administrators have shared the changes in the law and as a result the important the importance of applying other means of correction when applicable but we will share this information with all of the school sites and let them know how important it is to also share that same
change caused by legislation with our teachers as well thank you miss turn off student engagements and my experience with talking to students it was very simple about their education experience they were really moved when one particular teacher actually had lent his brand-new jacket to a student who was not well dressed now called wintertime that was it and also one of their
favorite vice-principal was one that would always come to them say hello good morning did you have your breakfast the one who really cared so I would think starting from our kindergartners to all the way to high schoolers all we have to do is in aged them with the pure heart as we're treating them as our own kids as our
teachers do and now top administrators do it's not just that numbers that we want to push through our students but it is that sincere of care and kids would respond it happens at Buena Vista international high school and it happens at CV LA and I believe the numbers are important but we could continue to do what is best for the kids that's caring
for them of just from the heart and that goes a long way because even after the graduations the kids will remember and they'll come to you because nowadays many kids are sold on to iPad and iPhones and I think this is a time they need more engagements in personal level Thank You mr. Cruz mr. no you're exactly
right there's been studies that the relationship between a teacher and students is really the pratap notch in terms of learning things in a classroom so you're very correct about that very correct and also the you know 690 families 850 I mean the Hope Center and the health clinics are really impacting families and children positively it's very important that's very good
that 20% decrease in office referrals that is a result of this whole support behavior I can't say that the the 20% is a direct correlation of multi-tiered system of support however with the great instruction that's going on in the classrooms we know that when students are highly engaged they're going to be more on task with the implementation of
PBIS of having consistent and consistent expectations communicated and reinforced along with the support of our behavior along with the support of our intervention counselors have all contributed to that 20% decrease in office referrals since the last year but if we look at the top you must be doing with thousands of kids that you're verbalizing is that true so you're doing
this a lot this is a lot of work when it comes that's why I believe because if you're dealing with nine hundred visits that also means you're dealing with thousands yes it it's a lot of work decrease enix decrease in middle school dropout that means they don't anymore it's actually they didn't drop out of school as Miss Roberts shared earlier
when a middle school student seventh or eighth grade leaves a Chino Valley school and and goes to another school we have to track where they go and in some circumstances were unable to locate where their second school is and when we're not able to locate them and enter the next school that they're attending that counts as a middle school dropout
they go back to Mexico sure then then all the questions that are left or mine so on page four and five dr. Park both of them talked about you know we met our goal and then the comparison is to the state or county what about comparison to our own numbers from last year is where are we not
looking at that is it this page right at the top of for continued achievement yes this is the one yes we always compare we always compare how we do versus the year before and that downward arrow represents that in comparison to how we performed last year with expulsion z' we saw a decrease but i but you're not
indicating what we did last year on here correct okay would you like that no I would like that number in all of the cases I'd like to know I'm happy that we're exceeding the expectations from or exceeding the performance from the county in the state but I'd like to know what was the level of increase exactly for our districts so you don't have to
come up with it the second I have it right okay so with expulsion ZAR 1516 rate was point zero nine percent with suspensions in 1516 it was 3.2 percent thank you very much for your presentation thank you we are now at comments from our student representative Jonah hello good evening so we had the final student advisory council meeting
of the year last time is the student advisory council president so basically all we did for this meeting was introduced the new officers for the next year's student Advisory Council and we also made plans for next year so next year student representative will have stuff to talk about I'd like to thank miss Roberts for being an amazing

Blair we please explain the light system

audience members please refrain from making comments while speakers are at the podium remember that in accordance with board bylaw 93 23 bylaws of the board meeting conduct limit remarks to three minutes total for all remarks the board would like to remind you that board policy thirteen twelve point one contains the procedure for filing a complaint against a district employee no
speaker shall exceed the three-minute limit the first speaker is Paulette Melton followed by Brenda Mann ago followed by Denise Mendoza honorable members my name is Paulette Melton and I'm here to discuss the new sex education 83 to 9 that passed in 2015 it has come to my attention as a mother of two daughters ages 7 and 10
miracle children as you can see I'm not a swing chicken and that I've been seeing negative snippets of information floating around the internet but is that a graphic enough that need to be blurred for facebook viewers now I've seen on Pacha org what has transpired there I've also read about Cupertino and the parents showing their disapproval and
the Sandy and San Diego is following in the same path however here in China it has been quiet as to what curriculum has been purchased or if Lin has been selected I understand there may be three books she can choose from positive prevention plus rights respect responsibility to teen talk I also understand that these should be taught
starting in junior high however there seems to be a loophole where it could be brought down to lower levels and if so would it be teaching all it would cause them to cut them teach the whole course in its entirety I did take the time to look at these books and the slide show some videos and also where the teacher
should interject questions to start a dialogue the books are explicit extremely provocative it was written with too much suggestions the entire approach was all about performing not informed I understand they wanted to lower the STDs however I'm slightly confused about abstinence when it's not being part of the curriculum and there's more confidence given to the condom which I'm
sure some in this room can vouch did not work for them hence pregnancy or other consequence I'm also concerned about the teacher that could possibly go rogue and interject their ideology and a subjective point of view if the curriculum read more like a scientific point of view discarding word such as pleasure that I noticed was strategically placed in various parts of
the books even starting in first chapters it sets the stage or groundwork to start changing the mindset of the child to their feelings not as a scientific point of view my other concern would be a parental rights we as parents have the fundamental right to guide their children and various forms of educating them I believe this is recognized by the
US Supreme Court and here in California as well or maybe I'm mistaken of what I've read I'm simply a mom who loves her children loves the children who have no voice who wants something in regard to this curriculum to be placed on an agenda for discussion in June that is it Thank You Brenda Meninga followed by denise mendoza my name is brenda mango
and i have two boys that attend your wonderful schools Glen aid Elementary I'm also here concerned over the comprehensive sex education that California has passed I know a lot about it but I just want to know what Chino Valley is going to do about it are our children going to be educated this way yes or no do we have a voice about it
yes or no I need to know because my children are very innocent and as Paulette said there's other children that don't have a voice so that's why we're here and we want to know what she know that we has to say about that and what I've read about it is very concerning and I don't want to go into
detail but I would like for it to be put on the agenda to be discussed so that parents like Paula and I have a chance to speak about it and have our say in it because we love our children and we love the children in this Unified School District and we really really want to make sure that they're protected because
I don't think they need to hear such explicitness thank you thank you the final speaker Denise Mendoza my name is Denise Mendoza good evening board members I'm superintendent I'm here tonight on behalf of the student advocate representing several of your freshmen students at dom Lugo high school we know that you were all aware of the poor supervision provided during
the freshman football season which resulted in severe sexual conduct carried out by a few of the players and witnesses by the 45 to 50 players of the team we know that you are aware of the sexual conduct that took place on the school buses football fields the weight room yoke ultimately in the football classroom during the sixth period where
the students were left unsupervised for several days so the school year is almost over most parents are unaware what their children's were exposed to the federal requirement under the title 9 is that upon the completion of investigation the school must notify the victims in the case of the victims of the outcome of the investigation in this case none of the students have been had
received notification as a matter of that the majority of the parents have no idea what transpired during the football season other little children were poorly supervised you haven't had any action as required by title 9 and you have done nothing to check on the physical and emotional well-being of the student you were elected elected to represent stem
some students might consider they were viewed as being sexually violent and not one seemed to be concerned about their killing in their aftermath of the situation miss Blair we read in the champion that you recuse yourself for my pertinent vote in February please know that you shouldn't be conflicted about your role as a mother as your responsibility as a board member because
of all of you took an oath I have the kids of the academic achievement of the students of your community while doing is necessary to ensure their safety please speak up miss Blair you know what happened you know it is very well disturbing this lack of appropriate action taken by the school the school district and the school board will
certainly show effect on students in the upcoming year it does not already done so if it hasn't already done so nothing has changed on the campus that means you have made a decision not to a Comicon ability upon those who are paid to provide proper supervision and this to the students and should be in the parents in Chino unified your
failure to act will be ignored by the community you lack of concern completion discarding the serious matter will result in the heavy financial burden against this district your community should be very concerned about that it is a tragic with no such talk about school safety and the prevention of sexual harassment you all choose to look at others in your lack of action send a
clear message to the dhannu go as soon as we will receive you I think we are now at changes and deletions patter than any changes or deletions the following changes and deletions are on the agenda item 2a 1 Human Resources revisions to the superintendent salary schedule page 9 correct so that the crossed out amount under step 1 is placed under the correct

to oppose the whole thing so I'm opposing the whole thing but I want to make it clear that retirements and other items in there are not what I disagree with there's only one item in there so but I'm that's okay no because there's other individuals in that whole thing so you can't just pull the one so I just wanted that but I am
voting no so four yeses one no on the consent all right so then we will go to the item 3 d6 page 151 so move second and do we have a speaker Kevin Wong that's right you also only get three minutes I apologize for my my quickness I have passed out a document for you guys my name is Kevin Wong I'm with Cleary
Business Machines this is regards to the interactive whiteboard RFP if you look at the first page document that I've submitted this is the initial document that was received by us as the lowest bid from the school district if you actually look here Cleary Business Machines is listed as number one and all everybody else in ascending order going
down from there as a higher bid however at this point if you look at this it's pretty black and white on most of these items that we are the lowest bid for the interactive panels now from we were then invited by the school district to do our full-on demonstration actually right across the hallway which we did that for
the assessment group and we vetted the the hardware the software the support the training everything was there everything was accounted for and within recommendation of the of the bid just recently we received information from the school district stating that they did a REIT abolition came up with a whole nother application on how to judge it and we went from the number one
lowest bid to the fourth bid if you actually look at the last page I have listed there it actually gives you a summary of how they did it it seems to be more of an illogical way to do it given how the numbers were displayed $184 we're sitting there we're a 1-point difference occurred in their tabulation and as an example the the bottom line is
a highlighted area where there's a sixteen dollar difference but there's a five-point discrepancy so what we're basically saying is that you know the new tabulation is gonna in effect cost the school district more money real-world dollars if you want to look at the second last page I did a real quick breakdown on the 75 inch and 65
inch panels that were presented with the computers with the carts with the installation in every way shape and form in terms of a combination the the cost is gonna be higher if not gone with our company the company that was listed as the winner there's gonna be a $285 difference on the 75 313 on the 65 and
we're talking you know as an if you extrapolate and you did 100 boards this year we're talking $30,000 right there as an example and so we want you to understand and and and see that you know through our price structure through our support through our software through everything that we match with our recommendation for the bid that that
we do we are in fact the lowest bid and that the new tabulation doesn't seem to necessarily jive to save money for the for the school district additionally there was a 70-inch unit that was supposed to be bid we bid a 75 the RFP did not mention anything about it not being acceptable to bid something of greater value so we bid that one that's
why we have a no bid on that first one which also cost us 10 points in summary again black and white numbers just want to make sure you guys understand that we would like a fair shot in hopes that you know you guys could look at this especially the initial bid tabulation versus the the repopulation of the
re-engineered numbers otherwise I myself am a father of two kids in the California public school system and would like to make sure that my tax dollars are going to be you know used in the in the best way shape and form especially toward technology thank you thank you very much is there any other discussion mr. Joseph I contacted you
and and I inquired about this no I'm not aware of a REIT appellation of prices the tabulation was done and provided to the district or provided for through the agenda item which is what was in was what which is what is in the board agenda tonight the award is not always based on the lowest price the award is
based on a number of different different number of different measures and what really caught our eye in looking at this whole thing is that the Cleary Business Machines the flat panel displays that they are that they were proposing to provide are not ul listed underwriters laboratory lists and for those of you not familiar with it underwriters laboratory tests and
measures products of various types throughout the world to ensure that they are safe and every piece of equipment that we put in our classrooms is certified by the underwriters laboratory that being said as mr. Wang said they provide their displays for a test drive if you will I was not involved in that the technology department our purchasing
department they reviewed these displays and they had some concerns with them and those concerns are listed here the the unit speakers are unacceptable poor sound quality and volume their help desk is located outside of the US their operational buttons hang off to the front of the unit by half an inch producing breakage concerns their education software includes lessons they
have poor quality images that look like screenshots they do not have any certificated staff employed to provide professional development during the implementation phrase bin peplum inton phase the company has not provided their sustainability in this market so no guarantee of future support the slot in PC and this is technical terms that I'm not real familiar with is not vPro
capable which is required to run Intel unite the casting solution the district supports and then Maggie button our director technology reached out to the California educational technology professionals association or septa and no one within that association that she spoke with has any experience with Clary or their displays so again not always based on low price there their units are
priced lower than what was selected which is the viewsonic but in looking at the whole package it was determined that the viewsonic machine selected and through cdw-g or a better value for the district misses Rosco that was my life oh that was mr. na okay and you lit again okay are there any further questions so for this remainder
item may I have them we already hear emotions that's so all in favor aye opposed preferential the motion passes of the vote of five oh we are now at information items are there any questions or comments hearing none we are now at board member and superintendent communications mrs. Rusk oh all right so let's once again start with the retirements we have four
certificated mr. Ron me 29 years of service assistant principal at CBL a he's going to be greatly missed they're moving on to Christine May 22 years of service Mrs May was my second son's kindergarten teacher and so it's gonna be sad to see her leaving our district Michele sones 31 years of service country Springs and I Mrs May was at an abort but Pam love
it 30 years of service and you're leaving us oh so mrs. Levesque from Dickson and Donna Smith the 16 years of service from Dickson joy wells 33 years of service from Dickey jennifer cine five years of service at Eagle Canyon Denise lemare 31 years of service at Hidden trails Joan Kadam II took 28 years of service at Whitman Elementary
Bradley Morton Wow we've had a lot of people with a lot of years of service 30 years of service special ed teacher at Townsend Steve ball I can't believe that was a secret that was a surprise to to me anyway 17 years of service a CT president Dorothy Sommers 7 years of service speech-language pathologists Robert a royal 20 24 years of service custodian
at Canyon Hills Doreen Jung Lee and we're gonna miss her 20 years of service grant program support and we're gonna miss all of you it's just that I start thinking of different people that I see Cheryl Rawlins Allen 20 years of service billing specialist and congratulations to you all that's a lot of years of service that you've provided our
district and we just want to thank you and I know you've touched a lot of hearts a lot of kids as I said mrs. Mae was my son's my second son's kindergarten teacher and so we just want to wish you well and have a wonderful retirement and well I was getting to that one and just a reminder that we
will be having our employment employee retirement and recognition dinner along with the Hall of Fame on May 22nd Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. so please be sure to submit your RSVP I think the deadline has been extended we have a quite a large number of already replied but just to give you an idea we have 95 retirees and we also honor our employees for the
length of years and we have 292 honorees and then we have for Hall of Fame people and so please submit your RSVP so that you can be recognized and that will conclude my comments mr. Cruz dr. Park the new courses are they piloted before it becomes an official course the books are piloted for the new courses a lot of courses yes we have a
lot of courses you know pertaining to pregnancy you're correct the law does include abortion as a viable option parenting and adoption and you know the American College of pediatricians comprehensive sexual sexuality education goes far beyond sex ed and it's dangerous assault on the health and the innocence of children and you know when you talk about and what what our
children are so different so unique it's something that we have lost and that is the innocence and I think this is a Joseph agrees with that and I think it's I'm really proud that you're here because it is true you could say that they're forcing this through the state you know connect your allottee we're pretty much the deciding factor what we
want for our children so so just just for a tidbit I just want to mention this you know the California healthy youth that was passed in 2016 and so you know they trying to force comprehensive sexual education HIV prevention but section five one nine three eight allows parent or guardian to excuse their children from all parts of comprehensive
sexual health education HIV education however education code five nine nine three to nine B does not excuse your child from instruction materials or programming that discusses gender gender identity gender expression and sexual orientation so I mean you're correct you've lost your parent to rights to the state of California but however you do have permission to tell your child that
you disagree with the program after the fact you know that the MS d5 the diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association reports that as many as 90% of boys are confused about their gender identity will will come to accept their biological biological sex by the time they are adults as long as they are not
encouraged in their confusion so it's almost like underlining agenda I'm trying to change culture trying to you know boy girl father mother daughter son oh no there's other things too so I mean it's an insidious I'm really proud that you're very vigilant to see this because you got to nip it before it's too late like anything else there were too soft
at the beginning then it becomes too late because history has shown us what happens when we just mrs. Blair I want to congratulate Briggs again on their national recognition and I also want to address the speaker tonight I can't remember her name yes I am a very aware of what took place at Don Lugo it has affected me for months I have been
absent from my duties on this dais not because I'm unwilling to fulfill my duties but because I want to fulfill my duties and my pleas have gone unanswered my emails have been kept track up I was told I said I've sent a total of 90 emails my fellow board member here says loss of innocence there was a lot of
loss of innocence through that whole series of months and situations he says to parents stay vigilant I'm sure that the parents of the students that were not properly supervised for months would have appreciated to know what was going on so that they may stay vigilant I am one of those parents and I have struggled for months to decide what
to do not because I'm afraid for myself but there are minor children there are students there for whom we have not advocated for and they will pay the price mine has already been paying the price because I'm a board member so of course anything that is shared that occurs that is investigated oh it certainly must come from me therefore it
must have come from him adults are cruel it is easy to cyberbully a minor child I can take the hits my child and all of the children there didn't deserve to endure what they did might poor supervision so I want the parent who spoke or grandparent whoever she may have been that I'm not conflicted about what I need to do I am
conflicted about when I decide to do it thank you mr. Nam yeah I also like to thank the parents who came tonight yes ultimately the kids are our children yet they do not belong in Sacramento nor in Washington they belong to us they have tried and they're still trying to take away counseling of our children when they're lost and and they need to
support they want to take away from them why because they think they know better than us our parents the curriculums it's down the stretch but they're trying the best for their own agenda to teach our kids and in their mindset I call it a socialism I would call it communism if we become all same made from a factory
but kids are all special all of them are gifted they're all unique and they have different talents and different but they have the standard they need to be respected but also they need to be protected so that's that is your job and that is also my job as a parent so I'm on the same page to protect our kids from any offensive
curriculum that should be taught at home but not through our classrooms even the teachers had complained to me that education used to be English math history and science so I think that's how I believe with our teachers they should be kept in home some of the materials that are offensive and very private and we work together to continue
to keep the chin away yeah we're different than Sacramento and those people and these are our kids and protecting the kids because it's about the drugging and and all these things so our kids are thinking - and there are sincerely concerned about their own safety yes we have a bullying that is bad but I mean physical attack on our
students are all so bad and it's coming also from our own Sacramento elected ones and that is also bad then this morning I was listening to a news where he said Planned Parenthood kills 32,000 babies a year of course there's an excuses there's always a reason why you should have done but dead babies are dead babies they're not alive
anymore every year 32,000 innocent lives are lost why because some people are smarter than us and they're making that decisions for us and we're here to protect kids from where when our high school seniors who started driving they said mr. na now I'm paying three times than my parents of our insurance policy because if I'm a youth so words of
support for our youth they get penalized the innocence the ongoing babies who can't talk they get perished because some people thought they were smarter in this planet on earth there are one side then there's another side one excuse and there's other excuses one emergency then there's another emergencies but the fact is there are thirty two thousand innocent babies are being killed every
year and they call it planned parenthood I'll call it planned know parenthood if you have no kids you are not a parent so I like to thank both of you for coming up and come to protect your kids and I feel the same way I like to thank CSA they have participated a corporate challenge this held an Iowa Park on
Saturday and I think one of our runner came in second and it was an awesome event this were not younger people per se but all people like us get to play they get to play volleyball they get to play basketball and they get to also run but it also helps us because it takes our us away from the work and think
about our own health and being together with others so let's celebrate life and and and let's maintain the goodness that's happening in Chino that is different than different parts of California there's a time when we have to stand up I think this is time that we need to stand up Thank You mr. Joseph congratulations to Chino Hills Hoist
