Blair is absent before we begin please silence all electronic devices these proceedings are recorded and may capture images and sounds of those present at the Ford met in closed session from 5:15 to 5:40 p.m. regarding Congress with legal counsel

existing and anticipated litigation student discipline conference with labor negotiators a CT and CSC a and public employee discipline dismissal release no action was taken which requires the public disclosure okay at this time leading the Pledge of Allegiance tonight is mr. Sean Schneider we have district technology plan reporter dr. Park president Nam members of the board superintendent and field cabinet and

community tonight will be presenting a two-year technology plan that supports Chino Valley Unified School District's three L cap goals Maggie button our director of technology and information services will provide you with an overview how technology is used to support a high quality learning environment the establishment I'm sorry she'll be providing you an overview to environment promote student and

community engagement so that we can ensure students are learning at high levels Chino Valley Unified School District has a technology plan that was built upon two technology integration frameworks so redefine how technology can be used as a vehicle to support teaching and learning as defined in our three L cap goals to support L cap goal one we've expanded

access to technology tools for use in the classroom to complement the high quality teaching and learning environment students are provided with access to technology and exposed to digital literacy skills beginning at an early age all new standards aligned curriculum adoptions have embedded to include a digital component allowing students access to the online material from any internet-connected device deliberate

efforts have been instituted to increase parent family and student connectedness and engagement with the school dr. Freda knight co-chair the tech spray-shun committee to explore yishun is comprised of teachers instructional coaches site administrators and the technology trainers the committee provides the district with valuable input and feedback on software and device trends that they would like to use and why to

ensure that the technology team can support their needs a subcommittee has been created the technology advisory panel also known as tap is comprised of a select number of techs bration committee members as well as members from the district's technology and purchasing teams by having both committees we are not only learned the why behind the software and technology

needs in the classroom we also learn the how and how we can and we can better gauge the impact and effectiveness of its use how do we implement how do we support and how do we maintain the district believes that a strong home to school relationship is an important factor in increasing student engagement and success a variety of digital tools

have implemented to facilitate communication and increase meaningful engagement between teachers students parents and staff district and school websites have undergone a facelift to facilitate navigation supplemented with social media platforms aries portal for students has been launched so that students can easily access grades and schedule information the district conducts parents staff and students feedback surveys each year in the 2021

school year we will move forward with online reenroll 'men tand data confirmation for all grade levels in other words we are moving towards a near paperless enrollment and re-enrollment process our goal is that all students are prepared for college career and a successful life beyond graduation to support this area we provide all students with access to both Microsoft

and Google platforms we have also continued our use of illuminate data warehouse to monitor student progress in the 2018-19 school year we went live with classic single sign-on which facilitates how our students and staff access their day-to-day applications when we began adopting new online curriculum and learning platforms we quickly realized the time that it was taking students and teachers to recall

multiple passwords and multiple websites was eating into valuable instruction time with the adoption of class link students teachers and staff now have secured instant access to district curated applications and cloud files anywhere at anytime access to technology provides our students with the opportunity to learn collaborate engage and develop skills that will help prepare help prepare them to be global citizens we have

implemented a responsible use policy are working to create a standards aligned digital literacy scope and sequence and using technology to personalize learning for all students our goal is not only to simply create 21st century learners we are working to create global citizens that have the skills to be successful in college career and beyond prior to the 2014-15 school year we did not have a

systematic process to expand the use of technology for our sites and refresh older technology that had been previously deployed through the El Cap we are able to have a process to refresh replace and increase technology and related support beginning in the 2018-19 school year several pilots and phase deployments took place to explore the use of Chromebooks eight Elementary

School's two per feeder group piloted the devices with the success of the devices all elementary labs with ten clients were updated with Chromebooks additionally all secondary schools received one part of Chromebooks the text fascia committee worked to identify the first 40 teachers to pilot the viewsonic interactive displays in their classrooms based on their feedback we have and will continue to move forward

with the use of you sonics in all classrooms our deployment efforts continue to expand this year with the one-to-one device deployment for multiple subject areas targeted at the secondary level in Chromebooks for all SDC classes at the secondary level as well during our last board meeting the Liberty computer science program was announced which includes a one-to-one device to student ratio the technology

team has worked closely with mrs. Hutchinson and mr. Hackney to select and allocate devices to support this initiative the adoption of Chromebooks has helped us to narrow the device's student ratio about one fourth of our k-8 schools have an average of one portable device for five students this average does not include the devices in the element lab updates this average only includes

devices in classrooms or computer carts our high schools currently have an average of one portable device for every six students moving forward our goal is to have a device of student ratio of one to three at all k-8 school sites and for our high schools our goal is a one to one ratio in targeted subject areas a

one to three ratio at our k-8 sites provides our students the necessary skills to use the four C's critical thinking creativity collaboration and communication along with the integration of Technology without losing the importance of learning gained from working with one another with our committees we will also be exploring the possibilities for a one-to-one take home program at the high school level our

plan over the next two years includes a refresh plan for student a teacher devices that are older than four years targeted deployment of U Sonic's to sites not included in measure G all k-8 schools will have a 1 to 3 device ratio with a continued targeted deployment at our secondary sites and working collaboratively with the curriculum instructional technology and texplor

ation committees to identify professional learning needs to support the use of instructional technology this concludes our technology presentation to the board thank you miss Connie thank you for your presentation so my question centers around a 1 device one-to-one device rollout I appreciate because other districts in the state have done one-to-one rollouts and they haven't gone so well so I appreciate that we're

taking a measured approach but I am still a bit alarmed and I've talked to many parent groups on that are very concerned that we're not closer to 1 to 1 so what are the obstacles that are stopping us from getting closer to 1 to 1 and when I say one-to-one I mean the devices can stay on campus I understand

there's been problems with students in other districts taking devices off campus the device is being abused but you know this is 2019 and I really think we need to make sure that our campuses are getting much closer to one to one so we are working so in 2014-15 when the device when the processes began to take place devices

were putting out we have a refresh plan in place now via the El Cap where we are not only expanding the creek the technology that's being put out to the sites but we're also working to refresh the devices that were previously put out via the El Cap we've been able to put out we've doubled we put out almost

10,000 Chromebooks just in the last from July 1 2018 to now so our expansions are continuing we're working really hard and closely with the curriculum departments and instructional technology departments to focus on expanding the use of technology we understand that's important focusing on the secondaries for specific subject areas and then working you know to expand the use as

well in the Elementary sites without one two three model we're getting closer Thank You mr. Cruz yeah you know the subcommittee committees he mentioned the hows and whys you know what's what's what's kind of interesting as as we flourish through the Chromebooks it would be nice that you have our students to be able to fix them so I take that

literally you know that technology so eventually think you become geek squads because the monitors break because those will break so it'd be nice at every school site has a place where students are able to fix them rather than the technology folks doing it themselves and also the subcommittee that this is gonna be important because our beloved teacher

over there always talks about at the elementary level to what degree is acceptable when it comes to our children at the elementary level when it comes to technology and dr. Park III know when it comes to us that I think we've done research what is satisfactory where it doesn't harm our young folks and in their memory right so there's a certain

balance so the subcommittee hopefully it discusses what she has always been coming for the past two months so I think is vital to recognize what she's saying and also and also the the feedback on the single sign-in have we received an E we have all the feedback I've heard from both the subcommittee in the committee exploration the tap committee as well as

other teachers instructional coaches the tech trainers has been that class link has been a game changer it's really facilitated and maximize the the instructional minutes the time that the teachers have with the students instead of having to memorize you know multiple links to go to different online curriculum platforms or to Google or to their office or 65 portal a student just

needs to remember how to log into the computer they use those same credentials to log into class link and they click a tile to launch that's right there platforms that's excellent so and I'm delighted that you mentioned digital literacy I think it's very important for our students to be learning digital literacy I think people sometimes misconstrue what that means they assume

students use mobile devices they know how to use Microsoft Word not necessarily the case but what are we doing to support our parents with digital literacy we have a lot of parents in this district who in the household they don't have internet access or there's language barriers to supporting their students their technology development so what are we

doing to support those parents and their students having technology success we have an excellent family engagement center which hosts numerous informational nights for parents on the training of literacy additionally all of our school sites depending on the needs also host technology nights as well thank you mr. Schaffer thank you for the presentation I just want to make sure

that I heard you correctly as early as next year we're going to have electronic reenroll meant online enrollment I'm gonna put my parent hat on for a minute and behalf of all the parents in the district thank you it's time it's about time so thank you very much and I have a comment in visiting classrooms and and and and how

much work that our teachers have done in our classrooms we have a great school district one thing that was painful to watch was our teachers spending so much time grading papers checking out attendance other things where they could spend more time with true interaction with our students and especially our primary grade students I agree with mrs. Osmond a

little children yes we're now in technology dates and and we have to know many things that we haven't faced before but if we are overdoing it with little ones and what it already they have been exposed to at home I don't know that could be a little concern for me for primary grades so that should be taking

into consideration we're updating technology use for children and that is a concern I have but we have to be mindful that we need to support classroom teachers so make sure you include their concern and lift up their heavy weights away from them so they could teach when teachers have jewelry for experience in teaching and guess what kids would have joyful experience

in learning that's what I have seen last 12 years so update is great and thank you for sharing your gift with us and you could teach us - I'm not savvy with technology but thank you so much because I know we're up there but we're going the best we are going to be the best school district in California because of

all your hard work thank you we're not comments from Audrey being president no doctor unfilled for members cabinet community members just to preface the state of my voice um the high schools in the district and the junior High's had the privilege of attending the cat eye area a conference in Pasadena Convention Center so that's why I'm talking like this because we

engaged in some friendly spirit chant competitions with the fellow high schools just a little disclaimer but anyways I had the privilege of attending multiple sessions including one hosted one presented by Kendall's junior high and their principal mr. Begleiter so we will touch further on that next meeting when I bring in my fellow officers that experience that and when we connect with

the other schools that attended on that note most of the high schools currently are working on their homecoming game in homecoming dances which are coming up mostly at the end of October we're in full gear trying to create as much support and for the homecoming game and she knows high school and we all know high school both have pink-out games

coming up this Friday she knows high school has their pink out breast cancer awareness football game on Friday if you would like to attend that in their stadium and ayala instead of having a football game this year because of our home game schedule was a little bit weird this this school year we're actually having a volleyball pink out

game which is really exciting we've never done that before as far as I'm concerned so we are having that at 4:00 p.m. in the gymnasium for girls volleyball and we suggest everyone to come out and support and wear pink and honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month taking place we're not can think of anything else but that pretty much wraps it up we're

really excited on where things are going for homecoming and all the things different exciting things that our district is doing thank you thank you we're not comments from employee representatives Brenda Walker a CT president okay good evening president nos school board members superintendent and field district cabinet and CV USD community I am joined tonight by our bargaining team

members bill Acker AP teacher at Chino Hills High sherry Hambly second-grade teacher at chaparral Susie Hoffman 4th grade teacher at chaparral and a bargaining team chairperson Kelley Lorick science teacher and instructional coach at magnet Magnolia junior high these are our AC team members who have worked with the districts negotiation team to put together a tentative agreement we also

have our CT a primary staff person lisping cava who worked diligently with us I'm happy to report that of the members who voted ninety four percent voted in favor and the tentative agreement passed on behalf of all our AC team members teachers counselors nurses psychologists I want to thank our bargaining team for spending time out of their classrooms to negotiate on our

behalf we'd also like to thank the district's bargaining team principal Tom magazine directors of Human Resources Frank R say and Isabel brenes and the lead negotiator for the district assistant superintendent of Human Resources which right now we'd also like to thank their their attorney bill Dietrich we also want to thank and acknowledge the work and information provided by the associate superintendent

of business services Sandra Chen who provided us with the numbers thank you to superintendent and feel for the leadership and support that you provide I appreciate the open lines of communication and trust between our Association and the district we want to thank our Board of Education for your support and continued appreciation for the work that our educators do we also

have some exciting news to share the district and a CT have agreed to a co partnership we know we know that one of the best things that we can do to increase student success is to recruit retain and support new highly qualified teachers we have agreed with the district to send 20 of our new educators to the California Teachers Association

new educator weekend being held in San Diego in December it's solid evidence of the great things that can be accomplished as we work together I'm confident that this part partnership will be the first of many and the district and a CT will continue to collaborate to ensure that as for our students I finally like to introduce an

elementary teacher who has taken on a goal of learning and increasing her leadership skills [Applause] chowin from chaparral Elementary has recently completed a year of training as an EMP ID participant through CTA and it stands for ethnic minority early identification and development and she's about graduate we look forward to her using these new skills as she continues

to work with other educators and the community congratulations our district has so many employees who work so very hard to make our district the best it can be and a CT is grateful for your support for all of them thank you so much hiding thank you thank you okay now we have Daniel Hernandez from CSEA good evening

president now board members cabinet community I want to congratulate AC T no negotiations is ever easy sad to say that where we're working on ours but we are very happy for you and your team and all the hard work that they did like miss Walker brought out that the the relationship between the district and CSEA or any group is integrity and

leadership are synonymous with each other we hope to wish we hope that we still continue to have a working and collaborative relationship with the district and we hope to bring something forward to the Board of Education for a pool very soon I wanted to also share that on October 14th through the 19th we are having our classified job shadowing

which I did get some responses from not to throw anybody underneath the bus but Mr and all you were non replying to that what we hope that you will clear your schedule for some time during October 14th I shadow your job promise yes okay thank you for that also last Friday on Friday September the 27th I had the opportunity to go to Chino

High School's first annual homecoming parade and it's not very often I'm around parents I'm around very rarely around students as that matter as it goes but it was really great to see mr. Miller out there dancing because it was an 80s theme he was dancing along with the kids and the dancers in the street but was most

surprisingly to me or happily surprising to me is the parents that were on the side of the road as the students walked by everybody was very attentive but you could tell when the parent students came by because they were smiling from ear-to-ear and they were clapping and they were cheering along and one of the things that kind of struck me is is that

as the parade was going along parents started moving with a parade and I couldn't figure out why until I started noticing mr. Miller interacting with the parents the parents would actively walk with their students during the parade till it ended I believe in the stadium but it was one of those things that I don't get to OB

obviously I don't get to see very often but it was a nice surprise a pleasant surprise to see parents out there and smiling and engaging and that smile from ear to ear and beaming with pride for their students so it gives us a little bit more to realize exactly what our jobs are for and what they do it's for

the students and you see that in the parents so with that that concludes my comments for tonight thank you [Applause] now the comments from the audience on the items not on the agenda pet are there any speakers speakers will be called in to order that request was made please listen for your name and be prepared to approach the podium any

board member Cruz for picking up the phone and speaking with my wife and I about our concerns and letting us feel heard from the bottom of my heart it means the world to me and just wanted to be here to take a moment to thank you for your compassionate leadership and everything you do everybody here today and what you do for our children it's

it's invaluable so if I'm one parent at Butterfield Ranch Elementary go Rough Riders just want to say thank you very much have a great Thank You Barbara hail Lexi's name again hi good evening Barbara I'm Sycamore Academy I'll be brief as well I think that it's almost poetic that I'm here on a night when you have a technology presentation so I

won't be redundant in explaining the importance of Internet can tivity I'll simply say that we still don't have it I've provided the board with copies of the emails that fully explain what spectrum internet would like to do and surely you trust their judgment since they are your service provider I'm here to humbly ask for the board's assistant in getting internet

access for our staff our faculty and our students and then on a side note just because I heard that presentation we've secured one to one on both of our campuses and I'd be happy to work with the district to provide our contacts and grant opportunities I'm sure coming from me it may be seem condescending to some of your staff but it's a sincere offer

Sycamore Academy it's week eight of the school year I don't have access to the Internet I don't have a phone in my room and I just recently got keys to my school I used to have this really really great view of the Chino Valley School District I would recommend it to my teacher friends and I even dreamt of

working for the district one day but after experiencing this hostility and lack of ethics see the USD has displayed towards me and my students I started hoping that my loved ones didn't come in contact with the district however after speaking with my administration it has come to my attention that this board has been extremely helpful to our organization so

I'm here tonight to say two things thank you thank you so so much for everything that you've done for us so far and help I genuinely believe in what Sycamore Academy is doing for our kids and this is why I'm here fighting for it every school is built upon these pedagogical pillars that guide staff decisions I've only been working with Sycamore for a

few months now but I've fallen in love with their approach to education they've shown me that just how effective a school can be in turning pedagogy into reality I have no doubt in my mind we're on a path towards academic greatness really no doubt however because of our position under the Chino Valley School District our students quality of education has suffered

instead of cooperating with our administrators to help get our internet running the admin staff is not allowing our technicians access to the Internet box such access would allow us to effectively efficiently and quickly just install our lines to gain internet access by not allowing us access this district is an effect denying our students and their families the programs

our district has promised as we've been going over tonight these programs are very important for the students quality of education so please can you speak with your superintendent who this board employees and ask him to remember that there's no yours and mine when it comes to these students tonight we have the opportunity to provide students access to all this really cool technology that

we have just sitting at our campus so again thank you so so much and please continue helping thank you thank you thank you Lynette Lucas followed by the final speaker Kathy Osmond good evening doctor na and ward thank you for having me here tonight remember when we were kids in school and I remember miss Ortiz my second and third grade teacher at all

Rancho school that was back in the days when we let our teachers loop with our students but you remember when we were in kindergarten and we got to take naps and we played in the kitchen and we did funs things like that well in the past recent ten years of my 20 years being an educator education has changed and our

naps have fallen out of kindergarten and our play houses have fallen out of kindergarten and it's been replaced by curriculum that has even as a teacher in my past couple years found difficult to include science and social studies as an elementary teacher my past with Chino School District I grew up in Chino I went to El Rancho I had Larry

career as a principal I had mr. Finkbeiner as a sixth grade teacher I went to CIF softball the first time ever that Chino high made it that far so my memories of Chino are fond and since coming back to Chino and joining Sycamore Academy I've not seen good examples of what my heart knew Chino Unified to be it's been

shocking to me that we've received the type of treatment we've had and the one thing that I'm going to ask this board to talk to your superintendent and your administration about is that my colleague is right it's everybody's kids and at some point even though they're at our school now they're gonna join your high school and denying us access to the

Internet is really not hurting us it's hurting your children our children as your technology plan tonight pointed out how important it is for our kids to have access and thank you Miss Gagner for asking your staff why don't we have one-to-one because it is important so we're here to ask you tonight first yes thank you for your password support

we're here doubt tonight to please ask you to talk to your superintendent and just let our technicians get into the electricity box that's already there that's not going to cost you any money so that we can put up our lines so there are kids because right now I just bought a hot spot last weekend and I brought my

own computers from home so that my kids could make a movie a science public service announcement because we don't have internet in our classroom and I needed them to be able to do some research in our classroom for a history project that we had so please as educators let's collaborate and make it good good education for all of our

students thank you Thank You Kathy Osmond good evening ladies and gentlemen I want to compliment the district and their beautiful plans for technology but I would like to shift them upwards a little bit my daughter moved to the Glendale schools for the purpose of finding are moved to the Glendale area to find the best schools and they have a

technology immersion there but it's at the junior and senior high levels none in the elementary grades they have computers but there's no immerse immersion there um also if we didn't do screens for the k2 schools then you couldn't have one-to-one quicker at the upper levels it's not hurting the young ones to not have screens actually the very small

babies the pediatric society has said they should have no screens before age 2 and and I've mentioned this before probably we should be not having them at kindergarten through second so that we can develop a love of reading and good foundational skills and attachments to books so we can keep the balance an example of how we are not doing that is

that at our school they told the librarian to get rid of all the book encyclopedia sets that we had there I took three of them yet brand-new ones not even out of the box yet into my classroom to save them and so when we do research for the science fair projects we do we have many sets of encyclopedias

we also use online but we keep the balance that way also it doesn't hurt the lian ones because I have a grandson who's the second grader now he's had no screens till age two and no computers though he's had videos for rewards no computers and he does loads of Legos up to age 14 type Legos and it's creative in all the ways you

want them to be and I find that my second graders though they've had very little screens being with me they still pass the gate test on the computers in the school and all the things at the other do all the other things and pass at scores as good or better than the other classes okay I also want to say

don't throw the baby out with the bath with regard to furniture for the new modernisations we need more than little pie shape desks for our kids we are told we're not going to have a kidney table or any other tables in the classroom but these little desks how do you do a poster they're gonna have holes in your poster if you try to write on

them how do you do cooking from our gardens which we do without a table in the back of the room how do you do art project thank you we are now at changes and deletions to pass the following changes are on the agenda Human Resources item 2 B 3 page 52 this item is pulled from the agenda

Human Resources item 3 e1 page 41 item B hourly instruction correct the hourly instruction rate from 4777 to 47 78 and item d driver's education correct hourly instruction rate from 45 38 to 45 39 there are no further changes or deletions thank you then we're now at action items pass item 2 a1 public hearing regarding the sufficiency of

clean and safe environment for our students this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month October so I will be wearing pink in honor of an honor and memory in support of those who have either lost someone who are currently fighting or whose survivors of a breast cancer on September 21st I attended the Chino Hills State of the City fair was

something different this year instead of a stuffy presentation they did a community fair it was it was great there was a lot of participation and there was a tremendous amount of information about the city and the services the sea provides and the contractors that work within the city our Fire District amongst others on September 24th I was

honored to attend the Rhodes Elementary did a Awards recognition ceremony for their students it was awards based off of test scores and achievements from from last year and it was over I think a four-day period I was only able to attend one day but it was a great event and dr. infield was there on the 25th I attended the cvsd parent

forum were all parents and suicide prevention this is a kind of an ongoing parent form that we've been providing for the last year or so dr. Vargas is the one that provided the presentation she does a fantastic job does great information and I think she's a great resource for our teachers and our students so hopefully I think we have

one more coming up dr. infield on September t7 I've visited Ramona Junior High and did a campus walk and they would like to thank them for their hospitality over there Lopez great does a great job with the kids and and it was it was a nice day so I appreciate that also on the 27th I attended was not able

to attend like Danny of the the homecoming parade but I did go to the football game that night for at you know high school was there was a nice crowd nice ceremony for for the homecoming and the best thing is we had to come back win against us Perry high school for a 21-14 victory so that was nice

last night I attended a forum by Assemblyman Freddy Rodriguez 5750 2nd district assembly and was California budget one-on-one workshop it was a very good presentation I'll be sharing some of the information with the board as to how we might be able to get involved try to get some more funds flowing this way as far as committee reports Baldy brop

we don't meet until next week so there is no report as well as she knows parks and recs meeting next meeting is on October 16th that concludes my comments miss Agana good evening I have my first community coffee of the school year next Saturday October 12th from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Yala Park the North Pavilion right near the

skate park off Edison Avenue I'll be posting this information on all my social media and I have Flyers I'm putting up around Chino Chino Hills and South Ontario but I also want to note as representative to the chamber the October 19th the chamber is having its annual Business Expo at the Shops at Chino Hills and that concludes my report

Cruz yes I attended a special I danced at Don logo fantastic it's and it's growing you were there as well Lister no that program is growing all those kids are enjoying themselves every bit it's a it's a beautiful program also attended the chino hills' mayor's speech to they had a lot of vendors you know what's so interesting here local

especially you have to preserve you know they're they're digging water down 500 feet and they're finding seashells down there which is kind of interesting and then um I attended the parade I was part of the parade and this is the first of many traditions to come Chino homecoming parade and what a fantastic event beautiful cars Corvettes and and lowriders recalled and and also

I'm also a member of the Boxing Association and they were recognized at the city of Chino which was very fantastic the Boxing Association makes a big difference in students and that's that's great for the community and abundant field they'll be having an event starting at 5:30 to 8 p.m. thank you dr. field again thank the acct negotiating team and our district

negotiating team for bringing a tentative agreement to this board to get it approved again a lot of hard work and congratulations on both groups I also want to thank the board for approving tonight's pay increase for our champ members I truly appreciate that but I also do want to acknowledge with CSC a because I know when that comes forward

we're in some negotiations with with CSA and I just want to sure Danny your membership that Danny Hernandez CSEA president rich ride out the direct are the assistant superintendent of human resources and myself have been talking and working together to expedite our negotiations and I know really quickly we'll get things going and we'll come to an agreement fairly fairly shortly here

thank you that's all my comments yeah thank you for that game feels comment because I said where's my brothers and sisters CSEA you know but it's good and hopefully we'll see that coming ASAP so it could be approved we deserve to really honor and respect the people that really care for our students and those are our teachers our principals

and CEC members nothing really happens automatically especially for our youth you need to know that nothing is an accident everything is an appointment it's through a hard work just being one on this earth the the mothers and the parents have to go through so much to raise us and feed us and many times we don't get that but as you get older

you understand and you would also understand it's hard to manage your own siblings especially they are younger at their age can you imagine our teachers going through that every day 19 - three kids but it's 20 30 kids every day and can you expect you for anybody disrespectful and to drop and cause disruption in that classroom and you're

trying to teach them that's yeah so we need to be very think forward and also I'd like to congratulate all Don Lugo students because there was a great game football game finally we want I was so happy and you're especially your prince but she was like jumping jump in so here's a lesson when the life gets really dark

you just wait wait it gets darker and when you pass the darkest moment you know that morning is coming soon and that's what happens in this life so I'd like to thank all the Don new go students and because of the teachers leadership and and men there you guys are truly in one body and except a couple kids told me that you sir now you

talk to those freshman's it needs to come down so I'll be talking to some freshman's ok that's my promise so he has an excellent job visit Chino high school man there's my new brother found guy named Cesar from maintenance I see him almost every day now but he has done a great job in gym floor it was really

damaged bad but it has been refinished and looks like brand new inside and and I believe I hope there would be a second gym in addition to the new one that's going to be built because I see so much use for it and there's need for the students so that's good at this time I have is sin I have a Caesar stand up and let's

give me my pick hand stand up because of your hard work a thousands of what kids will enjoy our gym floors again thank you I'd like to thank the counselors a yellow counselors Tino hi counselors and the program I attended chick-fil-a sponsored a leader program at Chino high school it was an awesome I thanked athletic director there and teachers

that who really took on that program thank you I basically it teaches kids you could sit watch TV and eat some potato chips one day next week next year and do nothing but everything surround you a pass and change except yourself so he tells you that do something to impact not just your own life for your family

and for others and it's called servant leadership so there was a great program that I have attended I like to thank principal John Miller as our board members had said when you have a top leader who cares for their staffs teachers it trickles down to the children it's same thing when your grandparents or where parents are are in bad mood you

feel bad at school too so it's a learning experience and for our youth remember the things that that you enjoy and you like make it stronger in your time when you pick you become a father and mother the things that you did not like remember that too and make sure it doesn't happen in your own family in

your time and this way we can improve this but if anything happens to our lives I would end this meeting at 7:01 thank you
