regarding the following matters which are all described in detail on the printed agenda conference with legal counsel anticipated litigation one case public employee disciplined dismissal release public employee appointment director access and equity elementary school principals elementary school assistant principals and high school assistant principals and public employee performance evaluation superintendent so we'll now adjourn at 5 15 to close session
