the parents who came in and advocated on behalf of their children's mental health and even just acknowledged that it is something we are facing it's one thing to recognize the issue but it takes another level of courage and passion to raise your voice in a respectful way so thank you all speaking of parents for parents and students and everyone watching this

meeting i want to talk to you briefly about civic engagement and having conversations last weekend i attended a conference where student leaders from all across california gathered to create proposals on the most pressing issues in education to present to the state board of education one of our most prioritized needs was civic engagement and by civic engagement we don't mean

engaging in polarized politics or fighting against the decision makers i like to think of it as simply engaging in the conversation whether it be public commenting at a school board meeting like all of you talking to a teacher about pandemic stress or even filling out a school survey when students make positive personal connections and dialogue with their

teachers administrators staff and representatives that's when the education system can provide the best individualized resources for them so please encourage your children students and peers to get to know their teacher outside of school curriculum and really talk about their specific learning style how they're doing or something they'd like to see at school even if it seems a little bit trivial

if there's a school-wide concern or even something great that their school is doing or a teacher they'd like to recognize maybe drive them to a board meeting if there's a budget on the table bring it up and ask them how it would like to be used being part of the conversation doesn't have to be a negative discourse or a

daunting task and even if it doesn't create big change right away it will definitely open the conversation for more people to tune in so many people here want to be friendly representatives teachers administrators and staff members and help prepare students to be active citizens of both today and tomorrow in the wake of this disheartening pandemic we need positive collaboration

and conversation more than ever and it starts at the grassroots with our students and that will conclude my comments thank you thank you esther [Applause] right now comments from an employee of representatives we'll start with mrs molly large from champ good evening dr enfield president schaefer board and school community i would like to start by thanking dr

enfield dr park dr ayers and all of the other district staff members who have worked tirelessly to ensure our esser plan was submitted on time and accurately reflected the needs of our community thank you to the administrators and community representatives that took time out of their busy schedule to attend meetings to provide their input each school site as well

spent many hours engaging families and students collecting data and crafting a plan that serves their particular community so thank you to all cvusd site administrators for their time and attention as well last week our school celebrated red ribbon week whether it was spirit week activities or a literature day celebration we were all so excited to be able to engage with our

students in ways that build culture and community i think the photos on social media bear witness to how much fun we all had thank you have a wonderful evening thank you ma'am i am here hi brenda hello good evening president schaefer school board members superintendent and field district cabinet community members and guests first i'd like to thank you all

school board members for listening to and responding to our members i especially want to acknowledge those of you who welcome an open dialogue with myself and members of the act executive board when we reach out to share with you concerns suggestions and information that we feel is vital and important on behalf of our members as you know

associated chinos teachers is the exclusive representative body for all our unit members and acknowledging our purpose our function and the work we do to protect our members safety and working conditions is appreciated i know one issue that is we've been hearing a lot about is the lack of substitute teachers we know we aren't the only district dealing with this problem act has been

providing recommendations and solutions to you and the district that are the least impactful to students but there's no easy fix the lack of substitute teachers is affecting every grade level and program so whatever you have within your power to approve so that our district can attract substitute teachers would be much appreciated that'll conclude my comments thank you

for your time tonight and have a good evening thank you okay don't hear from danny if he joins us later we can squeeze him back in moving on now to comments from the audience on items not on the agenda pat do we have any comments for non-agenda items six requests to speak on non-agenda speakers will be called in the order the

request was received please listen for your name and be prepared to approach the podium any comments on agenda items will be accepted during consideration of that item once the board has commenced deliberations on an issue speaker cards will not be accepted the board is very interested in your comments but please bear in mind that the board typically

does not respond to comments during this time on the agenda as is reserved specifically for public comments individual members may respond during their comments at the end additionally the board does its best to support the public's right to address its elected officials it is also important that the board conduct its business in orderly and fair fashion as

provided on board bylaw 9323 in the event that an unusual amount of speaker cards are submitted for any item the board will hear up to 30 minutes of comments in the case of non-agenda items the board can if it chooses hear the remainder of comments after all business has been conducted mr bridge we please explain the light system

speakers you have three minutes to address the board please limit your remarks to new points please begin comments at the green light the yellow light means you have 30 seconds left the red light means your time is over please adjust the microphone as necessary so your comments can be heard clearly audience members please refrain from making comments while speakers are at

the podium and please note that board policy 1312.1 outlines the procedure for anyone who wishes to file a complaint against a district employee the first speaker is parent advocacy of chino valley good afternoon board members dr anfield community i first want to thank our community for showing up and linking together in this fight for our children mr president shaffer we are here tonight

to address your continuous harmful behaviors towards the very community you are elected to serve we have desperately reached out to you and tried everything possible to work with you to help advocate for our children you've made it very clear that you will continue to try to oppress our children by telling us that we are the minority that appears to

be a violation in the bylaws of the board under code ethics bb9271a which states the community each board member is responsible to all residents of the district and not solely those who who are who has elected him or her nor solely to any organization to which he or she she may belong to or which has supported his or her election

also looks like a violation under in which i quote individuals each board pimper has a direct concern for every individual in the community and as an integral part of his or her duties he or she represents the authority and responsibility of the government the authority must be exercised as much care and concern for the least influential as

and also for the most influential member of the community does that settle well with you the very fact that this board is so divided and can't even function as a unit together is pretty sad you're supposed to be a leader as a leader it does not mean you have to agree with everything that's presented to you but

what it does mean is that you listen and work with the community that you serve alongside those other board members and superintendent to serve that community the one thing that makes a great leader is not always giving in but to acknowledge and do your best to understand those that you represent i understand it's not an easy time and

much grace has been given concerning this as a leader something is clearly failing you have played the part to pretend very well well you continue to serve what appeals to you only according to the code of ethics i quote it states encourage ideas and opinions from the residents of the district and endeavor to incorporate community views and deliberations and decisions of the

board mr schaefer your tactics and the way you speak to us as parents is out of control the way do you you rich states i quote you understand that the authority rests with the board as a whole and not with individuals you clearly decided something alone and without the board as a union okay on a side note we would

have respected you more if you would have just said it was you that made the decision and not lie about dr enfield doing that i think we can use far more than three minutes to bring up example of example after violations that you clearly have violated it's time to resign it's clear you have violated codes and abused

powers you have made it clear [Applause] your time is up thank you pat nick pat next call of spooker please kelly for pacv followed by caitlyn martinez followed by crystal barrett mr shafer as president of the board you are held to a higher standard we would like to let the community know a little bit more about our struggles with you

some of us have known you for years and some have tried working with you for many months and some just became aware of your lack of commitment to this community this didn't start because of mandates does anyone know what the elo is it's a 20 million dollar grant that brought our group together you can go to the cvusd youtube page and

starting back in may to watch it all unfold yourself but here's a little recap we saw this leadership intentionally exclude parents from the decision making opportunities and when we found out and pushed back to have a voice we were continually shut down did they ask you if you wanted your kid there an extra 30 minutes there was no plan

each teacher would decide how to spend the extra time and there was no plan to check if it was even helping we fought for months asking them to amend the plan so that some kids could opt out mr schaefer ignored us with no responses to our emails privately but he made public statements like hold me accountable he claimed in public comments that none

of us had even approached him with our concerns which was a flat out lie once school started and the elo was set we continued to be a voice for our kids in the community we made some friends and we did everything we could to help parents who are also being ignored by this leadership we have been a huge pain for him because

we pushed them to actually do their jobs and we continue to push for a seat at the table we were making joe look bad so he played along in an attempt to pacify us he did meet with us and had a lot of excuses as president of the board he is the one who decides to change the venue

we asked and he told us he'd look into it but nothing happened we asked for simple ways to promote two-way communication and based on board bylaw 9323e number three which states that they are allowed to address concerns and answer questions that we ask during and in between public comments have you seen that done did you know that joe has ruined

relationships with elected members of our community outside of this district that we're supposed to work with did you know that a county supervisor had to urge joe to change the venue last time because he wasn't going to do it on his own did you know that the reason the board usually allows extra time for comments is because joe almost got them sued

well he's at it again we knew you were a snake and self-interested but we were stunned at the length you would go to get rid of us we will not go away we will only get stronger the next speaker the next speaker is caitlyn martinez followed by crystal barrett followed by mike cargile good evening board members under government code

54957 i'm here tonight to make an official complaint against board member president joe schaefer [Music] [Applause] i am requesting from the district to investigate this incident further on wednesday october 27th at 3 33 i sent a text to president joe shaffer on his district phone stating quote hi joe shafer we need a venue change you and i

both know it you ignoring the several dozen of emails you receive will not end well on your end he received he responded at 5 40 quote who is this should i be concerned for my safety i responded i responded at 5 41 quote absolutely not i'm referring to making another uniform complaint how are you just asking who this is when we've been

conversing through text this past week it is katie from parent advocacy the conversation ended there at 6 28 i received a call from an unknown number i didn't answer the call i was just walking into church that i immediately was followed with a text from an officer gregory stating he needed to meet with me immediately i called him right back and asked what

this was regarding he insisted to meet with me in person at home or the police department he did not immediately tell me what this was about just kept insisting i meet with him he finally said what this was regarding to a threat i had made towards an elected board member i explained the entire conversation and while on the

phone sent him a screenshot of the conversation he asked if i was leaving anything out i assured him that i wasn't i had nothing to hide he was content with information i gave him and no longer asked to meet me in person the conversation ended there once arriving home from church at 8 45 pm my neighbor approached me to my car

asking if everything was okay because multiple police officers were outside of my house for a good period of time shortly thereafter my mother shortly thereafter my mother-in-law called me concerned because three officers also showed up at her door looking for me they assigned the original officer a detective as well as a supervisor to answer this call the following day i called the police

department asking for a copy of this police report they accepted my request and emailed it to me as soon as it was available i received the police report from chino police department the report states that i sent a text saying quote things will not end well for you tonight the report also states the conversation was deleted by schaefer so he was going

off of memory this is also not the first time he had apparently reported me to the police i feel this is abusive power not only for my privacy being compromised my family being placed in danger i'm no longer comfortable thank you pat the next speaker please the next speak the next the next folks i'm not going to tolerate these

outbursts i'm going to give you one more warning after this and we're going to take a break and if it continues we will simply clear the room half the next speaker please the next speaker is a speaker submitted by a student we always let them go first sal [Applause] hello school board members i didn't come prepared because it was last moment but

i just wanted to talk about how you like how basically i'm a chino high student and how for the past two to three weeks i was known that there were no new covet cases at our school and nothing bad happened at our school related to covet or anything what i'm trying to say is masks really work and it's protecting all of our kids

students teachers and all the new ground basically everybody that works at our school and yeah it's and it's most of the kids and actually all of the kids are vaccinated and it's like an extra protection yeah folks please let the young man speak if you don't agree with him that's fine it's okay if they don't agree with me

you know i have my own opinion i'm not bashing into their opinion you know i don't i'm not over here yelling at them just saying oh your opinion's wrong i'm just keeping my mouth shut like you guys should anyway that just proves my i know it's our country but as i'm happy i know it's a free country but when i'm

up here speaking i should i should get the respect i deserve you [Music] sal know you please please address the board what i'm trying to say is just to put it in that mass really works and for all i feel like all students should like if they don't have the vaccination they should get it as soon as possible and

you know just you know do what they do they can return back to school and if they don't have the vaccination then i guess their parents can take them into homeschool and if the parents have a problem with that then well that's your problem because you didn't get them vaccinated yeah that's that's basically all i want to say one last thing i love you joe

safer [Music] next speaker is crystal barrett followed by mark cargile followed by betty chu hi i'm crystal barrett i'm going to let katie finish her speech and take some of my time [Applause] okay i'm not sure where i left off at but the report states that i sent a text saying things will not end well for you

tonight end quote the report also states a conversation was deleted by mr schaefer so he was going off of memory it also states this is not the first time mr mr schaefer has called and reported me to the police i feel this is an abusive power not only was my privacy compromise my family was placed in a potentially very

dangerous situation i'm no longer comfortable going to board members for any cause or concerns from what i've read in our own board policy bylaws i believe this is also a violation of ethics and a tactic to intimidate me i would like to close this by saying if he will call the police on me he'll call the police on any of you nobody is safe

and that is not what our police department is here for yes thank you all right all right so obviously after hearing that heartbreaking story um that happened to katie it just got me thinking you would think our board president who is a retired police officer would know what constitutes a criminal threat right you would think that he would know

and take that he would know how people take statements out of context put a spin on them have them to just to have them get a desired effect to get the police department out you would think as a normal human if you're doing a police report you wouldn't delete a text message right as a police officer i'm sure you've

responded to a number of calls that involved a citizen claiming they were being threatened but after leaving a call you left frustrated maybe thinking why are they wasting our time well you sir just became that exact same person when you called the police on one of our members for something that was not a threat and in doing so you

lost all credibility the police were not called to investigate a threat because you know there was no threat but they were called and they were used to intimidate someone the officers did their job they investigated and pretty much confirmed what we already knew there was no threat and there was no crime you have made it very clear you are one-sided you are

failing as the president you don't respond to emails you have violated a number of codes that you swore under oath that you would not you have made false police reports sending a number of police officers to a mother's home in our district when where will you draw the line it seems like you won't and who's going to be next another parent in the

audience what code were you going to violate next you're unpredictable and like you would have heard if sonia was able to finish her speech it's time for you to resign because our kids deserve a lot better than what you are giving them [Applause] next speaker the next speaker the next speaker is mike cargile the next speaker is mike cargill followed by

betty chu followed by sharon duran mike cargile yes yes you guys may want to record this for your friends and family yeah i'm switching gears just a little bit good evening board i'm switching gears here just a little bit because this is really important with religious exemptions and vaccine mandates my name is mike cargile i'm the gentleman

running for congress in this area anyone anyone who wants to refuse a vaccination for themselves or their family should do so in my opinion with a religious exemption the first section of the first amendment to our constitution states that congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof there are clearly two major aspects to this

section free exercise and establishment the word free means not obstructed restricted or impeded free currently we have a bunch of reprobate corporate lawyers running around the country trying to apply a sincerity test to these exemptions but there's no room in the first amendment for determining the genuineness of your religious convictions or how often you participate in but mike what if my religion allows me

to do bad things and hurt people well then you should take the vaccine and all the boosters but for the rest of us we are safeguarded safeguarded by our constitution from government intrusion as to how we conduct ourselves in our religious beliefs so any company or government entity that denies your religious exemption on behalf of this government mandate

is by definition determining what is acceptable by eliminating what is not acceptable and as a natural consequence of this they are establishing the religious parameters that they will support practices that they find appropriate thereby establishing a religion that this government finds acceptable this is a clear violation of our constitution's first amendment so if your religious exemption is denied

make sure it is put in writing and signed because when this is all over and one day it will be we will pursue and punish those who have trampled on our constitution and those who have signed these documents will be held personally responsible because every american has a choice not to violate the constitutional rights of their fellow citizens

and they will be held responsible for that choice as well god bless you thank you betty chu followed by sharon duran my name is betty chu as i indicated in a prior meeting i have been an attorney representing the los angeles unified school district as well as community college district for many years i myself have been an elected official for two

terms and i am i was going to speak on other issues regarding constitutional rights but i absolutely am amazed at what a retired police officer would do knowing what constitutional rights consists of for the freedom of speech distinguishing between hate speech and actual threats this one didn't even come close to being interpreted as hate speech and president

schaefer if you can't take the heat you don't belong in the kitchen furthermore furthermore you are jeopardizing the precious resources and finances of the chino valley unified school district that needs to be going to protect the children and to protect the parents and yet you are risking constitutional violations of parental rights that can cost the district money

in terms of defense you are violating your uh oath of office and therefore a written mandate would be great in this instance or a violation or a lawsuit brought against a violation of these parents constitutional rights i urge you there is time there is time for you to change your ways and also this board there are issues now before school boards on

violations of constitutional rights of privacy and that was what i was going to talk about with reference to some comments that council uh not council member but board member na had spoken about last time and he has brought a different resolution and i applaud you for that thank you good evening board and superintendent i'm here just to get a

few key points it seems that just because certain groups are louder it seems that they are the majority when in reality we have over 70 percent of americans that are vaccinated or at least have gotten one dose so that should speak for itself also andrew cruz you went from in classroom educator to a librarian because you kept spreading your personal

beliefs instead of facts in the classroom so when you guys think you have certain board members on your side you guys need to look into their background as i have known many of these board members for going on eight years i asked my students i have two students in elementary school two in high school who complains about math do you complain

about math do you have any friends that complain about math they're like no never how many times have we had students taken away by an ambulance on a campus because they have low oxygen or because they can't breathe because of mass zero that says enough and it said excuse me i am speaking don't be rude no one complains about these masks at

work at school masks do work i was in a profession where i had to wear a mask for almost six hours at a time during oral surgeries i never got lightheaded i never got anything and i'm a diabetic so i have plenty to also you know contribute to maybe getting a headache during this time frame that is not the case

yeah for me that has a prior is immune compromise it's so funny i just told my kids the other day five to 11 year olds get to get vaccinated my seven-year-old joe covet getting a vaccine and his sister drove them both getting their vaccines they're excited to be vaccinated as they saw their grandma gasping for air almost die

that's more traumatizing than wearing a mask daily thank you very much okay we're now moving on to changes in deletions pat do we have any changes and deletions the following changes on the agenda item 2b1 page 11 public hearing to receive community input on the request to name our dedicated facility at chino high school after mark hargrove

having the ability to determine what i want what i may or may not want in my life so for you guys to mandate vaccines is nowhere near giving me my rights as a student myself and others want you guys as the board members to stick up for our rights as the people we want you guys to be our voices against these mandates

being our voices means standing up for what the parents and kids believe in it does not mean going against us and forcing us to do something some of us may not want as board members you have promised to fight for us as students we do not want to wait to see what happens for other districts because you guys

promised to fight for us thank you sanchez followed by amanda swager hello everyone i would like to say that socialists communist politicians disguise the democrats think that we the people are naive mr biden and his minions are all the true bullies on the school grounds and in our communities the people will not stand down we hope and we ask that

police military government workers that could see the truth to stand with us to keep america free and to uphold the protections of our rights stated in our constitution we all ask everyone to watch each other's backs and be united against this governmental tyranny we do not we are not second-class citizens domestic terrorist or the cause of the

covet spread we all know the vaccinated are filling up our hospitals and are dying the vaccine jab is not working it only kills and genetically modifies you genetically modified immunity lowers your natural immunity to all viruses my natural immunity is strong and is keeping me healthy so i so no i will not be getting this jab and all who want to follow your

i'm not here to say whether i support the math mandates or not that's your each and your decisions i will tell you that mask mandates make certain things difficult in our classrooms but they also make it safer for us to return no one wants to go back on distance learning but again that's not why i'm here tonight i'm here to talk about the

resolution itself let me read for everyone the board policy on mandates it simply states the board of education recognizes the responsibility of board members in their roles as community leaders to participate in public discourse including those involving the district and their right to freely express their opinion moving to the next statement when speaking for the district the board

encourages its spokespersons to exercise restraint and tact in communicating its message finally board members when communicating with the media should make sure their opinion is theirs theirs alone every one of you have your rights to use social media congressmen and every other resource to communicate your opinions no matter whether you believe for the max mandate or not

it is an appropriate statement for this board to make a public statement when there's not unified support for the mandates or not every one of you has the right to go to the chino champion press enterprise daily bulletin la times or any other resource to express your opinion but it's unwise for the board to make a statement publicly when not every member

agrees while the board can have consensus it puts a negative light on the district if not every board member appreciates that individual peace as for the board itself i appreciate each one of you and your expression i apologize for those members who wish to antagonize you as board members you are just doing your job and everyone has

the right to their opinion thank you for your time have a great evening ravi capila followed by parent advocacy of chino valley followed by jim gallagher good evening board members superintendent enfield my name is ravi capilla i'm here to express my opposition to the resolution against the governor's mandate let other schools and other districts spend their resources fighting the

governor as board members your job is to keep our kids safe as well as their family members and to make sure our students have the resources they need in school i know we cannot control what their family members do outside of the school setting but we do not want our children bringing home kova to the parents grandparents and others

over 115 000 children have already become orphans due to losing parents now how can we spend resources to oppose these mandates when our schools are already in a situation where we have part-time nurses responsible for diabetic children who need their shots kids with allergies and kids with emotional issues many of the libraries and computer areas do not have librarians or decades to

assist making it difficult for teachers our schools need substitutes and we can't get them due to low pay and them feeling vulnerable to sub in a class when there is a pandemic imagine if kids don't wear mass or get vaccinated why would substitute teachers put their lives at risk as for parents stressing that the risk of death is low there are also long haul

effects that could possibly affect these students for the rest of their lives the la county children's hospital already has an area to treat long-haul symptoms such as unusual fatigue shortness of breath brain fog causing memory loss or difficulty concentrating sleep disorders unexplained fevers gastrointestinal symptoms anxiety and depression we do not want our children suffering these symptoms or even dying the

vaccines have been studied and will be fda approved i wouldn't support these vaccines unless they were fda approved believe it or not when they are fda approved believe it or not the fda does not want to harm our children please take these comments into considerations i asked the board to please take these comments into consideration when you

make your decision thank you parent advocacy the next speaker parent advocacy of chino valley followed by jim gallagher followed by amy alva let's go sonia i'm just kidding good afternoon everyone again the past two weeks have been extremely productive and busy for the parent advocacy of chino valley we continue to work endlessly to navigate through a time where rules and

guidelines were not accounted for we can say we appreciate from the bottom of our hearts the effort and assistance for those especially the few on this board that continue to try to help us make a difference in this fight for our children so thank you the board suggested we reach out to local and state representatives to help our

children we have been doing just that some have met in person and some via zoom the amount of support has been great in providing hope for our children locally we have some great representatives listening to the community that they serve we also met with assemblyman philip chen he's definitely standing with us and our entire team plans on meeting with him

very soon on to be able to brainstorm some ideas and share some concerns and see what we can do to fight this we also met with dr enfield this week and appreciate the time spent to discuss and understand each other we want to take a second to inform the community of something because we know our district probably won't do that

because the cova vaccine mandate for school children will be established by regulation instead of legislation it must allow for the personal belief exemption we also know they will push to make this very difficult and quickly will try to eliminate eliminate it as they did prior with other vaccines before they write the new vaccine legislation legislators will talk to stakeholders such as school

district officials to decide the types of resources they may need to implement implement the program so our board and our superintendent do have opportunity to help advocate in this area this means that our very own school district officials have the opportunity to represent us and i would encourage you as officials to utilize the parents that are asking

for your help so let's get into things that we know you as a school board can do and we request right now officially that you take action immediately number one set up parent meetings more than one opportunity at different times of the day of the week with san bernardino health officials to come and speak with parents in a question and

answer format this is something you can do provide these meetings you have money set aside in the past four parent forums in the lcap so let's use it look number two look into what we can do at the legislation level as i discussed with dr anfield earlier in this week you have an entire group of parents to use

as tools to send to meetings and discussions let's get this going as soon as possible because it's here that we can truly make a difference dr enfield i appreciate you taking the time to look into this and seeing what assistance you could be here number three listen support and help us advocate link arms and push together stop fighting against us we have an

opportunity to be an example to california we have an opportunity to show how we can listen and work together in times such as these number four and lastly you can and should and we encourage you to get this letter signed and approved and sent off immediately you already have other school districts leading the way this is an easy painless

speak in opposition to this resolution 2021 2022-37 and i'll explain why first of all though i do want to praise the board for those outstanding sr-3 funding meetings that you had i think it showed they were productive and respectful and i think everybody came away with something your covert dashboard by the way shows currently over a two-week period 15

students have tested positive five staff members have tested positive even though that's 15 students too many i still think the numbers are low enough to where it shows that you're following the covid guidelines and and doing at least a decent job in this district and keeping our students safe the state has roughly three and a half million children between ages 5 and 11

who now can be vaccinated according to several administrative bodies the pfizer vaccine was authorized in may for adolescents 12 through 15 who make up another 2.1 million of the state's 20 30.5 million residents among eligible california juveniles about 59 percent are fully vaccinated and just over two-thirds have had at least one dose according to data updated this week by

the california department of public health about 73 percent of all eligible californians are fully vaccinated with 81 percent having had at least one dose according to the cdph pfizer's vaccine is fully approved for those 16 and older under the brand name community while the clearance for ages 12 through 15 and the new clearance for 5 to 11 are emergency use authorization

western state scientific group reviewed safety data for the vaccine including the absence of any severe adverse events among vaccine recipients the reactions were mild and similar to those of us adults who also experience mild symptoms there's five states that are part of this thank you don and of the scientific safety review so it's not just california we have

washington oregon and nevada who are part of this now we keep hearing anecdotal evidence and i've heard this from a board member up there from time to time that they don't see sick children out on the playground yeah is that going to be our local gauge for defying the state mandates mr gallagher your time is now exceeded

government corruption and how greedy the pharmaceutical companies are but it never really affected me and i never gave it much of a second thought it wasn't until i started researching and digging and learning did my eyes open up i was invited to speak at the fda pfizer emergency authorization board meeting did any of you happen to watch this

meeting i'm guessing not from what i've heard tonight if you haven't i encourage you to do so before the vote like most boards do each board member spoke and gave their opinion so many of the doctors said i don't think it's a good idea to give this vaccine to all children we just don't know the long-term effects

this vaccine could have any ideas what they said after that here's what they said they said we won't know until we start putting it in their arms that's when we'll learn the effects to say i was shocked was an understatement then came the votes 17 yes and one abstained even though they knew it wasn't a good idea they voted yes it was sickening

earlier this week abby and i were invited to washington dc by senator johnson of wisconsin meeting and hearing so many coveted vaccine injured people who are now family was gut-wrenching the ramirez family who lost their 16 year old son a few days after he was vaccinated cody flint a pilot who may never fly again doug cameron who is paralyzed and there

are so many others some of whom i have on my shirt tonight these are just the injuries that occurred shortly after the vaccine we don't know the long-term injuries yet they have not seen been seen and i guarantee they will be devastating and catastrophic our own government is preparing us for strokes and children the commercials are hitting the airwaves

if the commercials come out now when kids do start having strokes it'll seem like normal to us because we've been watching the commercials it's not normal it's criminal we are in the fight of our time and we will hold the line we will not comply we are willing to lose everything we will move out of this state

to do whatever it takes to protect our children and our country do you see what's happening in this country parents are standing up and we are fighting for our children and our voices will and are being heard the silent majority is no longer silent i will tell you right now all these parents here tonight will not let this happen to our

children you have the same choice as the fda had you can either choose to be cowards and follow this experiment on our children or you can stand right next to all these parents here who put in those seats and you fight right alongside of us we will lead the way for you you just need to vote yes

we're not sure she went to the doctor today she may have parkinson's she's 17 18 years old now i don't know what abby's long-term injuries will be you don't want to have the guilt and regret that i have in making the wrong choice and injuring any of our children because of the decisions you make tonight do what's right and vote yes

i have seen things happen to a free nation that should never happen and i have mouths to feed i am a teacher in this district i have been for numerous years i speak for myself i speak for hundreds of teachers in this district if you want to know the exact number it is simple check the vaccination cards

you demanded to see and subtract the ones that didn't submit anything to you and that's who i speak for tonight we stand beside every parent in this room we stand beside every child in this room that is not in this room and the ones that cannot speak or too young to understand do you um you do not you do not even know why your

employees or your teachers have chosen this path you don't even care to take the time to ask you hide behind the mandates that you do not that are not law and you have made a choice to hide you are still hiding behind these state mandates you do not have to hide you do not have to comply you have you have to give these students

to staff teachers and parents of choice other districts have already done this you can govern at a local level and stand up with other districts against these mandates ask the parents don't tell these parents look at these children vote no because this means life or death sorry i didn't get to finish the rest she is a teacher that's been a part of

pro-choice in this matter after it's gone through the proper time period now on to the action item i want to share what my son said after watching abby at the last meeting as you know he's nine years old and he's in fourth grade he said to me how is this safe if that's what happened to her then asked me if he will be homeschooled

my answer of course was yes without a doubt now i have to ask you guys how is it my nine-year-old concede that something is wrong with this and you can't now on to my side of things i am a playground supervisor at one of our channel schools and i absolutely love my job i enjoy seeing these children playing and being happy with

their friends unfortunately i will have to quit if this mandate passes because i believe in choice and i choose not to take the risks that apparently don't outweigh the benefits so with that i wonder what you guys think are considered safe risks like another parent mentioned i only have one child and no risk outweighs any benefit for

him so i'm asking please please reconsider this mandate thank you the next speaker is berlin startup followed by misty startup followed by crystal hi i will be speaking for my mom misty startup i am a registered nurse i have recently been studying to renew my license for the 26th year the american nurses association code for of ethics

for nurses has nine provisions as i studied these i couldn't help but think as of it as it pertains to you and our students so anytime it says nurse i'm going to replace it with school board and anytime it says patient i'll replace it with students and parents here are a few of them and i quote number one

school board most must practice with compassion and respect for all students and a parent and parents regardless of social or economic status personal attributions or the nature of health problems inherent in this provision is the emphasis on the respect for worth dignity and human rights of all persons all students and parents have the moral and legal right to determine their

course of care this is also referred to as a self-determination and forms the basis for their informed consent in health care number two the board's primary commitment is to the student whether an individual family group community or population the primary commitment is to promote the best interest of the student number three the board must promote advocate and work to

protect the health safety and rights of the student and number four the board must collaborate with other health care professionals and the public to promote community national and international efforts to meet healthcare needs upon reading this i realize i have an obligation to advocate like it says for the community and population i need to protect the rights of patient which is

now every single one of us in the u.s you are as the school board have an obligation just as i do as a nurse to question these practices and mandates and report them just as i must collaborate with other health care professionals and the public to promote community national and international health care needs you need to collaborate with us parents teachers and

staff in the community to maintain our rights and healthcare educational needs time to review your school board ethics i bet it says something very similar and i'd also like to add some of my remarks is that if you're not going to listen to any of these parents listen to me i'm a sc i go to school at chino hills

high and these masks do not work and um they say that some people don't say that they can't breathe in it but from what i've seen literally everyone in class is like this because they can't breathe so if you're gonna force me to wear this piece of fabric that doesn't work fine do that but don't force me to get a

vaccine that i don't want [Applause] i've never gotten the flu shot and i haven't been sick but all of my friends that have gotten the flu shot have gotten sick so why would i get the vaccine when other people have getting sick because of the vaccine i don't need it my body my choice [Applause] i'd like to continue for misty

i have worked in the outpatient surgical setting for 13 years now on a daily basis i must get informed consent before a patient can have surgery the joint commission says this it is necessary to obtain informed consent whenever a patient requires information to make an informed decision when dealing with choices about diagnoses and treatment informed consent includes six points but

what i love is the nursing consideration quote patients must also be told that they have the right to refuse treatments or procedures without fear of having other care or support stopped and that they can withdraw consent even after giving it it also states informed consent is a shared decision-making which is the basis of a mutually respectful relationship between a

patient and the healthcare provider or the student and the school board shared decision making facilities facilitates an atmosphere of mutual respect and participation between patient and healthcare provider do we have that kind of relationship at cvusd the joint commission also says the ethical importance of informed consent is founded on the premise that patients or students should and do have the opportunity to

exert autonomy meaning that they have the right to follow their own plan of care health care professionals are ethically obligated to respect the patient's decisions did you hear that i ask you do your children students and parents have the right to refuse treatment vaccines without the fear of losing a free public education and having to homeschool without fear of

being segregated or shamed do students and parents not have the right to follow their own plan of care what is happening when we have no say in our medical choices if you don't vote against these mandates and stand up to the tyrannical government here and now our kids in this district aren't you basically saying that you're okay with the government controlling

everything in our lives what's left if we can't control our own medical treatments will the government get to decide everything you need to think about the consequences of your decisions that your decisions have on the district level and the power that you are giving to the state and the federal government by this one decision from one professional to another i

admonish you to vote for freedom take the stand oh and one last thought my children are irreplaceable but your job is not thank you that's from misty my own comment is this is not hard this is just to ask the governor to to speak for us right you're just asking in our on our behalf to stop this to push it back that's it

one vaccine oh no wait it's just one more oh no it's justin booster it's just a few bad reactions it's just a few side effects it's just another mandate it's just so we can get back to normal just stop how many just and sacrifices do we have to make until we just stand together and say enough is enough

just open your eyes just see the bigger picture nine year olds are seeing what the reality of what's going on you have seen the updated numbers or have you seen the updated numbers from the covet cases in our local schools there's hardly any even statewide numbers are an all-time low so why can't we just get back to normal we have more kids out of

school because of the common cold or the flu which we don't mandate a vaccine for not covid did you know that there's approximately 28 million children in the 5 to 11 age range and in 22 months that age range has had just about 94 deaths heartbreaking yes but with that ratio there's really a zero risk so why would

we inject our small children with something for a virus that has a 99.9 survival rate especially when we don't know how these vaccines are going to affect our kids in the future yes we can disagree on whether you should or shouldn't vaccinate but we should all agree that it should be our choice giving us parent choice should be a

happy medium for everyone that way if parents feel like they need to do it they can parents can make what they feel is the best interest for their children also why are these vaccine companies protected by the government if any for any lawsuit if any of our kids have an adverse reaction if they're so confident with it then why don't they back it up

are you guys willing to sign a release and be responsible if any of our kids have a reaction will you guys personally pay any costs for doctor's appointments or if our kids need medical care if you're going to mandate us to do something about it then you should be responsible if you don't stand up and fight for our parent choice i can

guarantee you right now a lot of us are going to pull our kids in home school and we'll or we'll move out of state so let me ask the audience who will leave who will leave to homeschool that's a lot of students and guess what a lot of students equal a lot of money and that's all you guys care about right

is the money so follow along with other districts in california that are standing up to this mandate i printed for you guys a couple copies so when you say you're backed against a wall you can see what other districts are doing and their letters to mr new scum so you could see what they're saying okay so i brought these

99.998 chance of survival that means that i have a higher chance of dying from my car from a car crash driving my car from my house to this parking lot so why are we forcing our children to get a shot to protect them from a virus that they are virtually saved from now let's look at now let's look further into

parents i saw this evening an agenda item by mr na to write a letter to governor newsome asking him to rescind the covid vaccine mandate i greatly appreciate this and would like to encourage the board to vote yes california continues to be the only state in the country to threaten a coveted vaccine mandate for school children being a nurse from a medical standpoint

i'm highly discouraged at the dosing for the coveted vaccine think about this for a second you have a baby with a fever you decide it would be prudent to give your baby tylenol tylenol is one of the most benign highly regarded safe medications you can give you proceed to give your baby tylenol based on their weight as it is dosed by weight

the doctors who said the covet vaccine is safe for five to 11 year olds want them to all get the same exact dosage now surely a five-year-old doesn't weigh the same as an 11 year old the cdc has outright said you can still get and transmit covet even if you're fully vaccinated from it i would like to continue to encourage a

survey to the parents and teachers to plan ahead for the next school year tonight i have distributed to the board copies of a verge report vers is the vaccine it stands for the vaccine adverse event reporting system if you recall from a couple weeks ago i have worked vaccine clinics in my years as a nurse i have never seen a bears

had nothing but great experiences there they receive a great education from the educators there and it seems that cat the staff all care for them and are very very caring and well educated people i want to start by saying that i am not anti-vaccine i my wife and my kids have all received every one of our scheduled

vaccines throughout our lives this situation is different the shots we all took took on average 14 and a half years to put together and get approved and we're fighting mortality rates of 10 to 30 percent not point zero zero zero one percent the science [Applause] the science and scientists behind the vaccines were scrutinized questioned tested supported and then in the end

deemed viable for use amongst almost everyone that is not the case with these coveted vaccines our questions and concerns are suppressed good doctors are ostracized and any voices of dissent are swiftly silenced all in the name of science again i am not against vaccine i'm against the removal of choice against the forcing of putting something in my body or my children's body because

a politician's decree says i have to the proposed mandate violates our country's constitution the fourth and fifth amendments regarding due process and body integrity as well as the nuremberg code of 1947 this shot is part of an ongoing medical test and experiment that neither i nor my kids have signed up for due to the possibility of grave and

physical harm notably myocarditis which is 83 percent higher in males which i have two sons so it's is it one in five yeah one and five pericarditis blood cuts blood clots guillain-barre syndrome and in some cases death i vehemently oppose gambling with my children's lives if anyone chooses to mandate the risking of our children's lives or future on

experimental science they are unfit to govern or lead i am not and will not be afraid of sarge kova 19. we are not alone in our efforts or fight there are school districts like la mirada norwalk lucerne valley happy valley school district that have opposed this mandate as well as the district as uh vale has been served with lawsuits

followed by martha gomez good evening my name is terry marzell i live in chino hills and i'm also a retired teacher i spent 36 years in the classroom in a neighboring district before i retired four years ago i've come here today to speak on the issue of the coveted mandates i know it's a hot button issue which has

generated a great deal of controversy but i feel compelled to add a few thoughts to the discussion last month my husband and i traveled to florida to visit with family both of us are fully vaccinated and boostered i have to confess when i stepped on that airplane i felt pretty invincible but i had to keep reminding myself that

vaccinations and boosters offer layers of protection and i am not invincible and i had to remember that even though my family members were also vaccinated i was visiting a state where there's a great deal of resistance to both vaccinating and masking so i added more layers of protection i'm i'm not an obsessive compulsive person but i continued to sanitize everything i

touched i washed my hands i wore my face mask even though it wasn't required there now while in florida it was hot it was humid and i confess wearing a mask was uncomfortable i mean i was sweating bullets under there but adding those extra layers of of protection are helpful and important and it was worth the effort we came back

healthy now that we're back home i spend a lot of time in the home of my cousin and his family there are two school-aged children in in that home one is five and the other is seven both my cousin and his wife work full time and my uncle who just turned 81 years old lives with them so i go to the house to help take care

of him he's been diagnosed with severe dimension he has a lot of underlying health conditions so he needs to be cared for 24 hours in addition to me a couple of days each week a paid caretaker comes to help out and she has four young children of her own at home all of the adults have been vaccinated

but none of the kids have been vaccinated yet now in our court in our case in our family it's very important that all the kids follow covet mandates at school right now it's just masking um and believe me those kids are precious to me so they don't have the layers of protection through vaccinations yet that adults have

um and so i would just ask you to follow the mandates because this adds extra layers of protection to all of us that go in and out of the home um and uh it's a safe vaccination that you can just add to their normal routine it's just adding an additional layer of protection hey don't burn me at the

working parents that cannot make it today but want to be here and those who are nervous to vocalize their feelings during these times and now that i'm here i realize why they're nervous this is a war that i was not prepared for but i'm gonna fight for my kids so that's why i'm here i would like to start off by

saying i'm appalled ashamed and mostly confused that we are even here right now fighting not for our own rights today but for our children and they are our future how do you justify mandating and forcing us to choose between our kids education and well-being and getting the vaccination that is still so controversial and still in trial stages i do not watch tv so my

thoughts feelings convictions come from real life experiences my own and from those around me i work as a massage therapist a rancho we offer a safe place to heal and i've heard countless horror stories of their experiences with getting the vaccination i want to state a couple truths some of you guys watch tv so you might not have

heard these covid was made in the lab for gain of function research this is this is for real kids are not affected the same way adults are by the coven 19 facts all kids that have died from covet unfortunately all had underlying conditions every single last one of them covet has caused already obviously we've heard stories of more horrible what i've

read but heart and lung problems are a condition that healthy kids are getting after being vacced and most importantly the vaccinated still spread covid i was shocked shocked i own a massage place shocked when i called massage envy and they are a cova-compliant corporation and they will not allow you to book an appointment if you've had the

vaccination due to viral shedding so tell me why are we not taking this to account with our kids with our families with anything weird that they know this but the tv or you guys won't mention it what are your plans for viral shedding i would love to know the vaccinated still get sick and their symptoms and their symptoms in a lot of

in most cases are even worse than if you were not vaccinated if you get covid and then you your immune system is already compromised you get the vax you're most likely to get something called multiple system inflam inflammatory disease which i also had not i didn't get the vaccine but i had it from being from getting the coven

um the truth is there's still a lot of research that needs to be done before injecting and damaging our future personally i made the decision 14 years ago to never again give my kids the flu shot and this is a flu shot i gave my first daughter the flu shot when she was 9 months old she became deathly ill with

an upper respiratory infection was hospitalized for over a year i will never risk my kid's life again i have a lot more to say but does this mean 30 seconds okay okay okay okay she had covered last year and it took months for her lungs to recover the progress of our kids made by going back to school to a social environment

the vaccine was not available when he went to the hospital and he died he also lost his father as well about three months prior um he kept me for my tears but i saw him and i have a son his age too yeah i told my grandmother so i urge you to please consider this story and these facts

you know this is the time in history where you could do that this is the first time that that and i understand nobody's seen it coming and you ran for the board and you you won and now you're stuck with this you know this choice that that might you know uh dictate you know uh the way your career

uh your future ends you know your future goals but it's a time in history and we have a cause right now you know we have a college right now in you know in this country and for our kids this is a righteous cause it's a cause to stand up and have integrity and have character and say you know what these kids don't

want this parents don't want this and i'm going to stand for them you know you don't have to uh you know say that that you know we're anti-vax or anti-mandate i mean i mean i mean anti-vaccine but just not answer just anti-mandate we don't want you to force kids that don't want to get a shot to get it you know we're not saying

don't get your vaccine and people are talking about you know we're scared to be around it because you're not vaccinated and all that just get your vaccine you know if you get the vaccine and you're covered you believe in the vaccine then you're safe you know and you're going to still get cold no matter what right because now

to live in diamond bar i came here to chino to have it more of a relaxed neighborhood but i've been seeing this what's going on oh no that's not what i found so i just want you to know that that people that would want to bring a class action lawsuit can also bring a recall mr la torre that was part of the

district 14 they tried to redline my mom's house when she was alive they needed a variance for population and i was going to fight him there in the first place but i already started a recall to have him removed because he did not perform his fiduciary duty that's what you're required to do is to perform a fiduciary duty to be

and i've been telling my students that they need to be bold i wanted to speak at the last board meeting but i was worried about backlash they would have as an educator so i didn't and the lord told me to speak up he he told me to be bold so i'm i'm getting up and i'm being bold

and with that being said we are here to inform you that this mandate is completely unacceptable for our children for teachers and for staff we are granted unalienable unalienable rights by our creator these cannot be taken away from the government or by a school board this includes the liberty to choose what we do or do not put into our body

this mandate is a growth severe unacceptable government overreach and a violation of our civil liberties telling parents that they must get their kids vaccinated to stay in school or telling employees that they must get vaccinated to keep their job is the exact opposite of what this country was founded on freedom this virus is here to stay it's not

going away there will be variant after variant after variant and then what will you mandate booster after booster after booster on our kids the kids have a 99.98 survival rate mandating this vaccine on kids with a basic zero percent debt uh i'm sorry with zero percent chance of dying is not science it's child abuse as is forcing them to wear the damn mask

all day if and if this goes into effect and these kids are pulled you will see a mass exodus of students being pulled from public schools parents are willing to lose everything to stand up for their kids i am willing to lose my job over it [Applause] i love my job but i will not consent to an experimental vaccine nor will i

great for me because i have a lot to say everything i talk to talk about today have citations in quote-unquote authoritative sources and if and if you want the information i will gladly email you a request so um you've heard all the request all the concerns about myocarditis reactions and many other scientific incidents from the parents so i want to break this

information down first of all the definitions according to the cdc immunity protection and this word is very important remember this word protection from an infection to infectious disease if you are immune to a disease you can be exposed to it without becoming infected a vaccination is the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection from a

specific disease immunization is a process by which a person becomes protected against a disease through vaccination this term is often used interchangeably with vaccination or inoculation so according to the cdc the covet shot is not a proper vaccination and will more is more like the flu shot which we do not mandate and is more fatal to the

children this is proven by longer term studies like the israeli study and a local studies and uh it shows a drop of efficacy in this vaccination which was requiring boosters so not only is it a vaccine mandate where you're going to vaccinate our children with one shot six months from down the line it's gonna be another one and then every semester you're gonna

force us to do another shot this is not okay um and so there's the the breakthrough cases and with these breakthrough cases with the vaccinated people who still spread a volatile load and still get infected they had they forced the authoritarians to admit that you can't get immunity to the virus it just mitigates the symptoms so you still can contract and spread this

virus also according to the cdc in a nationwide blood donor super uh seroprevalent survey they did there was an estimate of 89.6 percent with it with 78 of the people with at least one vaccination shot among 1.4 million samples cereal prevalence is a percentage of individuals in a population who have antibodies to an infectious agent indicating likely past

infection and or vaccination why is this relevant according to the mayo clinic experts in the us um say experts estimate that in the u.s 70 of the population would have to recover from the covered 19 to stop halter vandemk but dr frauchi keeps moving the goal post now um when it comes to aspiration it the cdc line guidelines do not say to aspirate

since covet started have the masks and vaccines worked no have the shutdowns worked no early treatment for covert has been ignored by our health system professionals there are many repurposed drugs available that effectively and safely treat covid and its variants such as ivermectin and hydro droxychloroquine or their cocktails these drugs have been suppressed by our health agencies and

their media arm they have something better for us a vaccine 100 percent safe and effective that would make them billions of dollars if these vaccines are so safe why do they have to mandate them if they are so effective why do they have to mandate them how many boosters could there be another side effect from boosters how about

eventual intolerance what about natural immunity this is not even medical science 101 it's coercion our medical agencies are not listening and ignoring serious data the adverse side effects and many concerns from doctor sciences pharmacists etc why it's not the right narrative what about all the serious injuries caused by these vaccines they are very real check the cdc various data system

only one to ten percent of the injured and deaths are reported these injuries and deaths should be front page news but they're not they're being suppressed shut down are they concerned for any of our are there a concern for anyone in our health agencies no this vaccine is for 99.98 of our children i'm sorry is not for let alone adults it

is for high-risk people only where is death count and specific injuries little pictures on our tv regarding the vaccine it was a useful tactic on hospitalizations and death until biden became president this is a new vaccine with no data and studies on long-term side effects it's experimental they either have some data and are not sharing it or they have

just chosen to ignore it these vaccines are destroying our country our health care system in life what is the risk benefit ratio who is making this decision first rule of medicine is do no harm we need therapeutics and no mandates i dare you i double dare you to watch senator ron johnson's roundtable on vaccine mandates held on november 5th

not catch the personality that are losing the family member to do the coffee it's my deepest call and dylan says i understand when there's people pass away because of coffee and they prefer wants to be vaccinated and they wish they have vaccination i'm sorry at that time it's not happened however that does not mean that you are have to

and i've gone to being zero i was threatened to lose my job unless i took the venom and i had to take it because i'm an only parent to a beautiful eight-year-old son who attends chaparral elementary sorry i am requesting that you ask the state of california to reconsider and we send the covid19 vaccine mandate for all students

children are in uh are at an extremely low risk of dying from covid research done at stanford conducted from 11 countries found an infection rate of 0.0027 in children age zero to 19. those children who happen to get infected have a 99.9 percent survival rate the pfizer clinical trials include 2300 children it did not detect any health benefit from

the vaccine however already it has shown that it can cause catastrophic side effects specifically heart issues that we've heard with myocarditis pericarditis and infertility in ages of 12 to 24 this specific vaccine is too new and there hasn't been enough time to ensure its safety there are more children that die from influenza every year than they have from

covid and i see this first hand the implementation of this vaccine mandate could cause further immeasurable social and developmental issues for our students who have already been through a great deal over the past 18 months mandating this vaccine for all students can potentially lead to unintended consequences that would be detrimental for our students families and the district as a whole

again i implore that you ask the state to reconsider this mandate the state should never dictate what is best for our children especially when it comes to their health that is our responsibility as parents we should continue to have the freedom of choice whether it is to vaccinate our children or to not vaccinate our children it is our choice and no one

or cannot do what place you and your family can or cannot go are you aware that in the coffee grants given to schools under the america rescue plan act of 2021 comes with strings attached by accepting it schools have to comply with existing and unknown future directed from the hs secretary if someone said to you i'll give you a

huge amount of money but you have to comply with what i tell you to do now and in the future won't you do it you will say no but your actions say otherwise cvusd portion is 69 million that's a very tempting amount of money definitely there are so many noise according this but if you cut through the noise and see the facts here they

are researchers have consistently found that the dangers of coffee 19 to young children are very low dr eric rubin a voting member of fda said during the hearing that quote um quote we're never gonna learn about how safe the vaccine is until we start giving it that's just the way it goes it goes pfizer paperwork submitted to fda

mentioned that it is asking authorization to do to add ingredient called traumatamin or tris buffer to stabilize patients with heart attacks in the vaccine given to 5 to 11 years age however it listed 13 additional side effects of the added ingredient so to prevent one side effect they're at 13 others i don't have time to mention everything the bottom line is

fba did admit they don't know if the vaccine is really safe or not because there is not enough data don't you think it's wrong to force our kids to get the vaccine and undermine all the side effects so the fda can learn how safe the vaccine is i want to thank mr cruz and mr nahu recognize the importance of parents

choice it meant a lot for this community we urge we urge that all other members and superintendent to do so as well we are standing here not not just to be defiant we have seen and experienced the suffering on both ends the choice that we made is informed decision may that be to have our kids take or not take the vaccine once again

parents um community members i am a parent at chaparral elementary i served on the pto board since my son was in tk he's in sixth grade currently this year i've been there a long time i've heard so many things on these issues that we're going through right now i feel like i'm really loud um it seems to me like every day

we hear new things we hear statistics we hear people who said this and who said that i really just ask that i have friends that are vaccinated my husband is vaccinated i am not um and we managed to live in the same house together my husband and i it took us 10 years and about a hundred thousand

dollars to have my two boys doing ivf so to say and my teachers know this i'm super protective of my boys um i was much older when i had them i have a daughter who was 31 almost i i cannot i took him to his pediatrician he has severe severe allergies he gets eight shots a week to try to

make his life easier when he just walks outside the front door um he has asthma as a result of his severe allergies even for him to wear a mask is is difficult when he went i had to start my own homeschool when they were doing the zooms because the zooms and me running from three different three different bedrooms with

three different kids and three different classes was just knocking me out um he you guys had an exemption you could we could apply for to not wear a mask well you know what that meant he had to wear a face shield he's not going to be that sixth grader who's sticking out like a sore thumb with a face mask over so he told me mom

don't even apply do not do it i'm not going to do the face covering so they do it and he has a hard time breathing and he'll you know sneak a breath here and there he has 11 year or 12 years old he's 12 now he just turned 12. anyways let us make our own choice is pretty much

my child i'm not risking my children his own pediatrician said when i asked her the side effects is he going to be infertile is it this or that she said well we honestly won't know i will not test on my kids i waited too long to have them i spent too much money to have next speaker is lee guenveer followed by deena

peoples followed by kimberly barreras it's pretty simple what we're here for we're to support james nas letter to the state of california to not have the vaccine mandate it is not a lawsuit although people have told me that they're tired of the board spending money to defend lawsuits and things like that this is a letter and this is what we need to get out

however in my hand it's a small book it's the constitution of the united states and the declaration of independence i recall that members of our military law enforcement constitutional officers and possibly also school board members swear an oath or a firm an oath to defend and stand for the constitution of the state of california and the united states

as part of their job duties and as far as i know there's no expiration on that affirmation or swearing a note i know for my friend that's sitting in front of me who's in the military there's no expiration for him so i would love to see that this constitution that you swore an oath to uphold or affirm to

be defended no matter what because nowhere in this book does it allow for dictators pharaohs or i don't know there's one other you know princes and kings that's it so we don't have those people in power we don't give them the ability to give us mandates dictates or i don't know there's one other thing in there edicts from up high whether it's

washington d.c or sacramento so please continue to uphold your constitutional duties to the students and parents of the chino valley school district because we do have the balkanization of the school districts coming up where each one of you will be in a separate district instead of serving at large and i believe that don bridge and joe schaefer

first if it was not clear from the last school board meeting with hundreds of parents and even a student who had permanent side effects due to the vaccine here explaining to you how wrong it is to mandate a vaccine that has more side effects than cures then what more do you need we the people of chino and chino hills

are done with your mandates since it is evident that some of the school board members and dr enfield do not put the voice of students parents and the community first we will re-elect someone who will listen to our voice dr enfield joe christina and don sit there and act as if you have the best interests of our students our staff

and community in mind but you don't it's all about the money what you failed to mention at the last meeting at the last school board meeting in which you silenced us by turning off the microphone is the big push behind this sr3 fund you failed to communicate to the citizens of the chino valley unified school district the requirements in

order to apply for these funds community members i advise you to look into the details that the district must abide by in order to get the three million dollars that comes with the sr3 funds we know the reason behind these force mandates we know that you must mandate vaccines and mask wearing in order to be eligible for the sr3 funds

yeah we know that you purposefully failed to disclose this information because if so the community members would not have even passed it through you also failed to communicate to the community by receiving these sr3 funds you must describe the extent of any adopted policies established by the cdc adopted policies such as universal correct wearing of mass and efforts to

provide the vaccinations to school communities and many others you sold our children out for 34 million dollars and i will not accept that we will not accept that our children's lives are worth [Applause] it was brought to my attention that some of you will be up for re-election the next speaker is ivana mora followed by nicole vicario followed by caitlyn

martinez ivana mora yes continue all right silent scene again please don't get too comfortable in those seats as you sit here and threaten hard-working members of the school district like myself and my team behind us who also work for the chino valley unified school district by the way with teachers on the ground right here okay hear this

with your ultimatum if you're not going to be transparent and unwilling to listen to the parents community then we will be coming for your seats and for your jobs dr enfield it is clear that by pushing these sr3 funds you have not put the students and community first therefore we call for new leadership who will be transparent with the staff

schools and community please do not underestimate the determination in this room of the community to re-elect new members who will put the people's freedoms and voices first i will just finish with this because she covered all that vaccination clinics will be popping up at the school sites once again so i'm asking you parents to please talk to your children about the

serious side effects associated with the vaccine no one seems to talk about all the things can go wrong working with working in the medical office caring for your children all these years has been my responsibility allowing them a safe place to come and take a make a mental break seek medical attention for injuries has been my job

was in school they called it a misbehavior today they called it attention deficit hyperactivity disorder adhd or something so you know what i think teachers ought to get a raise how about that [Applause] i'll tell you what how about a big raise if you force them to wear a mask so i'll tell you what so my wife and i we did eventually get

covet in late december you know we experienced the side effects we survived we're blessed with the immunity like many people in this room and yes unfortunately i too my family and i my friends we have lost loved ones and friends to this evil virus yes released by the wuhan lab in china which by the way i know it has

daughter the fall after that i'm here to tell you that my family and i are firmly against the approval of this experimental covet vaccine mandate for our children based on current data on the cdc website the benefits do not outweigh any of the risks my family and i call upon you the community of elected officials not to

repeat mistakes from the from history and reject the calls to vaccinate our children against kova 19. extreme caution has been exercised over many aspects of this pandemic but surely now is the most important time to exercise true caution we must not be the generation of adults that through unnecessary haste and fear risk the health of our children

immuno immunological sorry and neurological systems are still in development making them potentially more vulnerable to adverse effects than adults available evidence clearly shows that the risk versus benefit calculation does not support russian experimental cova 19 vaccines on our children my children our children our children who currently have virtually no risk from covet 19 yet face many an unknown risk thank you

some known risks of their jab our blood clots and cardiomyopathy we already know that luckily for them though they make eliquis for treating blood clots sales are up thirteen percent they also make i don't know how to say this properly excuse me vender quill to treat cardiomyopathy sales are up 77 wow allow us to make the decisions for our

of natural immunity lasts longer and is is proving that it's um better than their rates are currently high up florida's rates are very low and yep and they have no mandates no mask no vaccine so um i mean the proof is in the pudding we don't need to keep saying the same thing over and over i don't know what you guys

are having such a hard time on making this decision for our children i don't know if you have children i don't know what's driving you to work and be where you are in your position if it's money i pray for you because that is horrible but i'm not going to risk my children whatever it comes down to next year when

shows you how well your masks are working wow so anyway last time i was here we reviewed that the modern vaccine has been completely banned for anybody under 30 in the nordic countries the only vaccine that the nordic countries were pushing were the pfizer vaccine well now breaking this week norway opts not to give 12 to 15 year

old second vaccine doses yet quoted by the norwegian institute of public health they said the health ministry said there was no urgency given that the children have a low risk of falling seriously ill from copa 19 and because a single dose of a vaccine offered a protection rate of 85 percent against the disease for up to 16 weeks

so we're going to put poison into our kids so they can be protected for 16 weeks that's it are you kidding me we don't know the long-term effects of these kids but we're willing to sacrifice their well-being for 16 weeks because that's all the first dose of the vaccine even protects are you kidding me a second vaccine dose is also linked

with a higher risk of pericarditis and myocarditis especially a young among young men and boys that was from the norwegian institute of public health we all know that you guys know there's no risk to covet for our children we know that you guys know that you are here wanting to push the mandate for money and i promise you it is going to be much

cheaper for you guys to back us as parents to send new some and urgent requests to stop these mandates than it is for you to push these mandates because the fighting has only begun we are not done we are taking back our schools we are taking back our school board you guys work for us you are public

lizette duncan and i'm very fearful to do so i'm also speaking i just want to put for the record i'm speaking as a parent and not as an employee i've been employed by this district for 21 years and i've served my community well and i'm not sure if you ask a lot of parents they would agree with you that i have been here for

nothing but to support the children i have three boys in the district thank you i have three teenage sons which by no means will get vaccinated i also am willing to pull my kids out of this district i am willing to leave the school that i have served for 21 years the school that i opened the school that

i have bled sweat and tears like i have given my blood sweat and tears for that school for 21 years i go above and beyond anything on any given day but as a parent that is what i'm here for i will not be forced to inject my boys with something that i do not feel comfortable with now when it's all the

trials are done that's fine i am not an anti-vaxxer as well my boys have all their required vaccinations they do not have this shot nor will they get the shot and i'm going to let the remaining time go back to mrs baker here um just going really quick over the mass the fact that they're doing fine is not

true for my son personally both of them i had to pull my kid out of school twice i actually emailed norm this week about him periods one through four couldn't breathe had to step out himself drink water breathe air felt like he was going to pass out i told him next time go to the nurse or contact me and i'll come

pick you up but the masks are not working and i'm not fearful that my kids are going to die so i'm one vote against the masks we're all you know have our votes so that would be my vote and that's all i have to say about mass thank you and my son who is at townsend junior high uh he is i've

pulled him out of school five different days because he calls me he can't breathe i've got a doctor's note from kaiser a doctor wrote me a note he could not do a medical exemption because it's kaiser but he saw the symptoms wrote the note um for me to turn in only to be told that yes he can then wear a face

shield with a drape he's a seventh grader who's on the shorter side i'm not going to enforce my seventh grader to be you know subjected to a face shield so he then chooses to just wear a mask and suffer and comes home every day miserable and can't breathe so my children are tired of my children suffering and if we have to move out of

state so they can live a normal life that's what i think a lot of parents are coming to and it's sad that you guys have the opportunity to help our kids and not hurt them so thank you veyna coronado [Applause] good evening i am a product of the chino valley unified school district and i currently have four babies in the

district as well i've read and heard people say that those who choose not to vaccinate their children are simply uneducated and get their information on social media well i'm here to clear up that misconception i am an educated latina who graduated from ucla and who openly opposes vaccine mandates especially on our children i would like to thank you dr enfield for

your immediate response to governor newsom's announcement to the mandate um the cover 19 vaccination mandate on october 1st i was actually very shocked that you were able to send out um an email as quick as you did however in that letter it stated that if we choose not to vaccinate we can simply enroll our children in the independent

study program through china value unified school district you and i both know that the independent study program is not the same as in-person learning i am also a social studies teacher so i'm going to give you all a quick history lesson in 1947 the case mendez vs westminster deemed separate is never equal it also deemed that segregation violates

the 14th amendment as a result california was the first state to just desegregate their schools mendes versus westminster eventually paved the way for brown versus the board of education in 1954 ending segregation in our nation again separate is never equal and you asking us to separate our children from the other children is not okay people have also stated and are urging

you not to send this to governor newsom saying that those who choose not to vaccinate can simply just file a personal belief form however in october published in the la times the san diego time or the times of san diego and on edsource.org all published in october of this year that senator pan and senator weiner have already stated that they are creating

was the largest attended board meeting in chino valley school district give yourself a hand congratulations to all of you who want to take your child's education back from these marxist people and who care less about your kids well going back from last board meeting you know i showed the cdc the undisputed facts on the effects of covet has on k-12

students we talked about this so this is an overview you all been given the actual cd information some of you have it but if we look at it the total deaths age 5 through 14 were 67 5 15 through 17 were 176. our total debts in the u.s was 243 california with 1.250 percentage of k through 12

30 deaths in california and that is that is um california kovades 30. six mailing k-12 lives were ruined over 30 deaths 99.9995 survival rate and you have to ask yourself what is going on this is nuts this is so nutty that's why you all are here because you see things are not going the way they're going the state of california the school

units knew these facts but decided to change your kids education with fear messed up your jobs and families and created online learning which was a failure that means a lot and um all americans why was there why was this formed because there was corrosion that was occurring acts being occurring with our colonies so they set up the declaration of

independent states let me go ahead and read it to you the declaration of independent states we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal that they are endowed by their creator which certain unleadable rights that among these are life liberty and the pursuit of happiness that these to secure these rights governments are instituted among men

deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed there are three items that need to be remembered we have certain unlimitable rights in doubt by creator liberty is a right and the government works for the people so let's go over the word liberty is defined being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority that affects one's way of life

behavior and political views your child's way of life was change requiring in home learning while the rest of us went to work they sat alone mental health issues rose and that is the fault of the public school system behavior in all ways were interrupted modified change and precious time was lost forcing your kids to substantially get behind in their education while your

children's education was sacked certain board members sided with their political views and toss your children out of their education boat none of this was needed because the facts and science proved covet has no effect on k-12 students and then just a real quick thing you know to discuss about this you know so how are we doing our child's

education we notice that you know 41 out of 50 a big fat f you know facts matter and they don't lie you know we shouldn't let the school system make you believe that they're doing a good job and it's not it's not our teachers it's not our administration it is the system of sacramental and the federal government that is really doing

damage on our kids knowing that the our gtp in california is really up there so um it just shows you that they are backwards and then just to share this quick you'll notice that chino valley and math and reading 42 of students are proficient are aren't proficient and 54 of students aren't proficient in math and we have to blame that in sacramento

and the federal government you know when it comes to our teachers administrators our staff they are doing the best that they can they're doing the best that they can how and why or how far as soon as we have to think about this not able to be proficient in math and reading these are the questions that we

have to be asking but but the whole point of me bringing this up is we need to get back to the basics and cancel critical race theory crt so it gives you an indication what matters to them [Applause] you guys know what's up now the oath of office each board member must sign the oath i like a lot of you

brought that up i will support and defend the constitution of the united states and the constitution of the state of california we all signed it miss gangnam has pledged an oath two times one for being an attorney and one being a school board mr schaefer as a former police officer i would suspect there was a pledge that he

had to owe that he had an oath and also the school board too but i have to say this i have to say this calling a police on a concerned mother of four who just wanted to the venue to stay here to accompany all of us is a little bit kind of strange it is really strange and knowing mr

bridge as a history teacher for many years you would think you would appreciate the declaration the pursuit of happiness liberty all these things that we cherish in this country just to like no big deal all these embraces your kids and kicking you out of your child's education and that's not right it's not right you got a choice you got

a choice to vaccinate your kids or not i'm not going to let that happen and i really let me tell you i really appreciate that you know mr noah and i we pushed so strong but it was you guys that was the catalyst of this movement and it is we're so grateful we're so grateful because it is just the beginning

it is just the beginning so we have to keep on coming we have to keep on coming thank you mr knox [Applause] well um i have to do a pledge before i could speak because i have staff members who challenged me tonight to do so and it's called common sense pledge i will live rest of my life

with common sense for our children and for our country and for all of you if someone takes half an hour of your time trying to explain things in his or on the way whether it's a government or a person but he still doesn't make common sense don't take that stupid pill this resolution was a common sense for me

we're not talking about vitamin c distributing vitamin c to our children it's about vaccine that has great side effects other vaccines have caused seizures and deaths among our children so who in the right mind would take that chance even if you go to vegas you pick and choose your gambling habits let's say and take the chances but this is our

children you don't take no chances for our kids period someone's trying to explain to me whether they're educated or doctored having doctorate degrees and still i would listen to them if it doesn't make common sense to me i used to give that person a joke i would say where did you go to college and they'll say so and so

and then person would respond why are you asking me that for i would say let me give you an advice go get your refund you don't have a common sense so october 30th just last saturday cdc whether we honor them they might have more classes taken than gavin newsom or sacramento people in college had declared unvaccinated foreign travelers

where young children don't have to be self quarantined anymore so what does it tell me the kids are safe so it's a common sense it's a common sense and i don't know what is behind their push especially from sacramento i think they need to go get their monies back from the college but but i'd like to thank

all your support and ensuring your common sense with us and you're not doing it for selfish reason but it's for your children and so you have the right motivation and again why these things had happened why being a school board member has go against rules or mandates from sacramento does that make sense it doesn't really make sense but the problem is they're

broken they're broken their head spiritually they're broken and why are they there because all of us been busy raising our families working hard but they've been knocking on doors because they had no job and they happened to get those positions and dictating our families what to do and how to raise our kids in harmful ways so this is the beginning

those of you guys who have not joined our parent advocacy group please raise your hand and please join them today and tell your friends and families join them we need to take back with common sense so therefore ever we don't have to change our venues for meeting that's right everything will be peaceful and and be logical and our children will be successful

well let me just let me there's two scientific papers that i just want to mention and they're coming from the national institute of health one is sars covet ii full-length spike protein inhibits dna damage repair so this is an experiment obviously so they're coming they're finding out that this vaccine causes errors expressed through cell division through cell division and

replication results in the following cancer induced immunodeficiency autoimmune disease accelerated aging loss and function of complex organs which that person mentioned multi and cellular damage so this spike protein damages the dna it doesn't allow the mechanism to repair itself so this is the experiment these are the things they're finding out and then there's another study this study and this is from the national

institute of health this was called early biopsy allows for tailored regeneration treatment prognosis non-fulfillment active myocarditis has a mortality rate of 25 to 56 percent within three to ten years only to progressive heart failure and sudden cardi death especially of symptomatic heart failure manifest early on so we're seeing 200 fold increase in young men they're saying 25 56 percent within 3-10

years are going to die and the heart doesn't repair itself once it's damaged is damaged so little by little you're seeing these scientific and that's why people are here pushing hard because they know that a lot of folks are going to get sick in the coming months or years and you know i'm just i'm going to say this you know

i guarantee you and it's going to happen chancellors ceos doctors pharmacists government officials to local board members they're going to hysterically apologize to the people what they have done and let me tell you all these early treatments they have avoided putting intubating people 80 percent of them died not none of them didn't receive early treatments of hydroquinone

ivormectum so many deaths of malfeasance and you know it is not right i mean don't let your child get these shots i mean it's a choice but don't even get them charged now let me tell you something else any university they have mandating for students who get the shot is downright criminal these young healthy folks have no risk

from death a lot of people are going to start apologizing i guarantee you that and you know honestly i don't know how they're going to be walking down the street because let me tell you when people lose it they lose everything especially their children also let me let me read this because the gentleman wanted me read this

the fda panel that voted 17-0 to authorize the vaccine for children have six members with serious pfizer ties including former vp a consultant and a grant recipient and in their virtual meeting dr eric rubin editor in chief of the new england journal of medicine stated we're never going to learn about how safe the vaccine is until we start

giving it out that is crazy and pfizer said in the document to the fda on page 12 the number of participants in the current clinical development program is too small to detect any potential risk of myocarditis associated with vaccination long-term safety of coba 19 vaccination is participants five to less than 12 years of age will be studied in

social emotional goals of the state and the district i would like to amend it if you're amiable to read therefore be resolved that while the board of education of the channel value unified school district understands and supports the goals of the governor and cdph to stop the spread of copa 19. we believe that the governor's k-12 student vaccine

mandate infringes on parental rights of choice and is not in alignment with the educational and social emotional goals of the state and the district that's fine and also uh the paragraph underneath that paragraph eight currently reads be it also resolved that we urge the governor to reconsider rescind the vaccine mandate as a condition of in-person instruction in

grades k-12 i'd like it to read be it also resolve that we urge the governor to reconsider rescind the vaccine mandate at this time and consider alternative options as a condition of in-person instruction in grades k-12 there's no other options okay um with without that language i'm not sure i'm gonna support the language that's in there um

but this is a happy compromise would you like me to make an alternative motion mr gnaw or game able to the amendments i have to stick with that number eight statement as it is [Applause] number seven is okay but not number eight so let's vote amen this is your resolution i'd like to add a minute staffs now i'm going to give

you a second because you're going to need to uh put where you want that you're going to have to add the language and decide where you want to put you could have a pad could you find the location to add staffs including the students but also staffs okay folks please mrs garnier in the meantime please i'll see if anyone else has any comments

person and school where they belong are we going to send the message that we're not going to take the appropriate steps to combat kobe 19 moving forward i don't think this is the right message to be sending at this time we've made so much progress to get our kids back in school and back to the activities where they

yeah that's fine either that or the third paragraph excuse me yeah i know but also maybe up at the third paragraph uh were subjecting their young children to a vaccination for which there is no longitudinal data and moving to mr not for the actual language but and staff that if you're going to put it in number eight can we have the language that that

you're proposing because you'll have to make an amended motion or a minger motion to include i'll drop number eight um if you're able to number seven but we'll also need to know where you want to add staff because we need we need to vote on how it's going to to read out read that out i need him to read it out

incorporated as read mr cruz would you like to read the entirety of it mr doll reads it no you do it's i'm just going to read this because those amendments i i just this is too much for me okay so i gotta read this urgent request to governor gavin newsom to reconsider or rescind the coven 19 vaccine mandate for public and private

k-12 students as a requirement for in-person instruction whereas the chino valley unified school district serving over 26 000 students in chino chino hills in south ontario has been a leader in getting students back in the classroom while following the california department of health guidelines whereas california covet case rates for zero 17 age group is proportionally lower than any other

under 65 age group for which no state covet 19 vaccination mandate has been announced whereas some parents including covet 19 vaccination pro-vaccination parents are very uncomfortable with subjugating their young children to a vaccination for which there is no longitudinal data whereas while we re respect the right of parents to choose the most suitable educational program for their children

we believe the vaccine mandate will result in a large number of families choosing to leave traditional in-person k-12 schools for lower quality instructional programs whereas if families leave traditional k-12 or leave california due to the mandate public and private school staff jobs will be lost some parents will leave the workforce to provide homeschooling if a significant number of

jobs are disrupted in this matter it could have a negative effect on the state economy as it did during the months of distance learning whereas the governor and cbd have acknowledged that the best academic social emotional outcomes for students come from traditional in-person class instruction okay as far as i go therefore be resolved that while the board of education of the

chino valley unified school district understands and supports the goals of the governor and the cdph to stop the spread of covet 19. we believe that the governor's k-12 student vaccine mandate infringes on parental rights of choice and is not in alignment with the educational and social emotional goals of the state and the district and be it also resolved that we urge the

governor to reconsider or rescind the vaccine mandate as a condition of in-person instruction for students in grades k-12 and staff now therefore be resolved that the superintendent of the chino valley unified school district has directed to transmit this resolution to governor gavin newsom director of the state public health professor cdph dr thomas argonne dr mark galley california health and

human services san bernardino county board of supervisors and the san bernardino county superintendent of schools to communicate the chino valley unified school district's board of education opposition okay we will now vote we will go alphabetically mr bridge mr bridge your vote no mr cruz yes mrs gagne no mr nah aye and i'm a yes preferential [Applause] preferential your vote

to attend that should be a very exciting game also um i attended the chino hills high school girls volleyball uh playoff game uh the other evening and they won and they are in the finals uh saturday night which i believe is in torrance so good luck to them also next week is the veterans day holiday for the

district which includes friday uh veterans day is a day that we we honor our our veterans for their service and i just want to recognize and and thank all of those uh especially my younger brother who is a retired navy captain so thank you that concludes my comments thank you mrs gagne yes good evening i have one announcement the chino valley

chamber of commerce in conjunction with one of our parents is putting on an entrepreneur fair for grades k through six um we have over 85 cvusd students participating uh they will have different booths with their business ideas and so if you're at the shops at chino hills from one to three on saturday please stop by and show them

your support we also have a pitch competition we have seven teams from our high schools who are participating in a business piss competition in which they can earn grants to support their business ideas so again i encourage you to come by and support our young entrepreneurs and our students and with that have a good evening dr enfield please
