[Music] okay perfect thank you i now reconvene the regular meeting of the board of education at 6 00 p.m with bridge cruz na schaefer and gagne present before we begin please silence all electronic devices and note that these proceedings are being recorded pat they should be in here it should be in the it should yeah the board met in closed session from 5

15 to 5 31 regarding public employee appointment high school assistant principals and junior high assistant principal conference with labor negotiators a ct and csca and public employee performance evaluation superintendent ford voted to appoint amber ortel parks as assistant principal cal arrow k8 effective april 4th 2022 by a vote of 5-0 with bridge cruz no schaefer gagne voting yes and voted to

appoint jonathan cervantes as assistant principal chino high school effective march 18 2022 by a vote of 5-0 with bridge cruz na schaefer and gagne voting yes no further action was taken which requires public disclosure thank you leading the pledge of allegiance tonight is mr cruz ms kendall can you please please place your right hand over your heart

ready begin i pledge allegiance to the flag of the united states of america and to the republic for which it stands one nation under god indivisible with liberty and justice for all thank you we are now at item 1c staff report we have a staff report on the lcap annual update implementation of the state academic standards dr park

just so the audience knows we're having difficulty with the mic in our techs are working on it right now [Music] president gagne members of the board superintendent enfield cabinet and community we have our second update to the board on our local control and accountability plan also known as the lcap chino valley has three lcap goals with each goal

tied specifically to one of the eight state priorities our annual update this evening is to provide you with the progress of the implementation of the state academic standards which are considered a local metric to evaluate in part our progress with lcap goal 1. all of the metrics for lcap goal 1 are considered local metrics and are reported as met

not met or not met for two years the state academic standards are tied to state priority two describe what students should know and be able to do in each grade level and in each subject at each grade the implementation of the state standards is evaluated using a state adopted reflection tool with the district's self-report on the five criteria which include professional

development instructional materials policy and program support implementation of state standards and the engagement of school leadership for state priority two we have met this goal for each of the five criteria we'll be providing you the district's evaluation reflecting on a scale of one exploration and research through five which is full implementation and sustainability the first area is in professional

development we are at full implementation level four in english language arts english language development also known as eld and with math with next generation science standards ngss and history social science we are at a level three which is initial implementation in the area of instructional materials relates to providing materials that are aligned to the standards and curriculum

frameworks for english language arts eld and math we are at full implementation with ngss we are at a level two beginning development and with the adoption of new science curriculum we will be at a level four full implementation in the next school year with history social science we are at a level three initial implementation the third area of valuation refers to

the policies and programs that we have in place to support our continuous improvement effort in the delivery of instruction in our district we have a systematic approach which includes built-in time for our teachers to participate in professional learning communities district ride collaborative learning rounds where we have an opportunity to reflect on our progress in implementing instructional priorities

and coaching opportunities for all staff for english language arts eld and math we are at a level five full implementation and sustainability because we've had a longer time to focus on these content areas we are at a level four full implementation for ngss and history and social science the fourth area of evaluation is the implementation of state standards in our

classrooms triangulating the results from our teachers report on a district-wide survey on their self-efficacy for implementing the state standards feedback from site administration and the ciis team in english language arts we are at a level five full implementation and sustainability for eld and math we are at a level four full implementation and with ngss and history social science

we are in our initial implementation for career technical education and health education we are at a level four full implementation with pe visual and performing arts and world language we are at an initial implementation in the final area of engaging teachers and administrators we are at a level five full implementation and sustainability for identifying needs as a whole for our teachers

we are at a level four for for for full implementation for identifying individual teacher needs and providing support for teachers on the standards they have not mastered yet this completes our annual update to the board of education on our progress with the implementation of state academic standards thank you dr park are there any questions or comments from the board mr

schaefer thank you thank you dr park um going back to [Music] instructional uh materials uh two of five i know that we're approving new science textbooks and workbooks and stuff this evening i believe is there a timeline or is there an established timeline for when we will move into full implementation or initial implementation and then full implementation on those

for ngss yes for ngss will be in full implementation in the next school year okay thank you that's it any other questions or comments this kind of side note i had a chance to had a conversation with uh city of chino and they're facing um greatest number of needs of mental health services for our students it could be mainly due to kobe 19 and

also the masking mandate and they would like to know that if more services are needed from both sides we could meet up with their team and see how we could help our children so but they're just reporting it to me that they have not seen like this for last 20 years so thank you mr cruz yeah um

she also reported with me too about the same problem any other questions or comments [Music] uh seeing and hearing none thank you dr park um moving on to item 1d comments from student representative miss kim does not appear to be with us this evening so we'll move on to item 1e comments from employee representatives we are now at comments from employee

representatives our first representative is brenda walker act president good evening president gagne school board members superintendent enfield district cabinet community members and guests i want our board members the community and our unit members administrators and our classified brothers and sisters to know that i'm so proud of the fantastic job that they've been that have been done through the last two years of this

pandemic our educators are not the policy makers they're the policy implementers and time and time again they have shifted they've adjusted they've turned on a dime to adjust to new policies to new regulations and tonight i want to applaud them this has been an incredibly challenging chapter in education when i think back over the past two years i'm reminded of

all the appreciation for educators in the early stages of the pandemic i think of the hurdles and challenges we faced and overcame so that we can do our very best to educate and care for our students fact our educators love teaching they care deeply for their students and they dedicate their careers to their students success and to become successful members of

society but let me tell you that our educators are also exhausted and overwhelmed they've witnessed appreciation turned to blame and criticism they want to educate but they're caught in the middle of frustrations with policy makers and those that oppose those policies our educators are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the students they teach they want to believe

that they can change the trajectory for their students by helping them believe in themselves tonight i want to share my deepest gratitude to our educators our classified union brothers and sisters and our administrators who despite the surrounding noise show up and believe in students you will get through this year and the next because your educators and your

incredible amazing people to all our associated chino teacher members that i serve i'm proud to call myself your president and i'm proud of how you have gone above and beyond to put the safety and academic needs at the forefront in a climate where the focus is elsewhere thank you for your time and have a good evening thank you

moving on to our next speaker mr danny hernandez csca our technical support is trying to work on the sound as quickly as possible cabinet dr enfield staff and community i'm here to address just a few things it's kind of chilly so i'll be brief having an open collaborative relationship with the district allows csa to resolve many issues and concerns

before they potentially get out of hand of course csca doesn't always get its way but we all we always appreciate and try to come to resolutions we have a weekly scheduled meeting with human resources and we want to thank human resources for such these once-in-a-lifetime situations that we are all currently experiencing please remember we are all living

through these times the ways in the way in which we choose to speak to each other is just that a choice each one of us is fighting a battle no one else knows about how to get to work on time to keep a smile on one's face each one of us is stressed out in our own particular way

but we show up to work every day lately or recently many classified staff have been either reprimanded or disciplined please have some empathy for these individuals we are all handling stress differently and we are all far from perfect i can't believe i need to address this but here we go our collective bargaining agreement our contractor cba article one

list recognition 1.1 list the district recognizes the association or csea as the exclusive representative of that unit members referred to an appendix a which is attached and incorporated by reference such employees shall be referred to herein as unit members either chino 102 or the district needs to do a much better job in letting the sites and our department

administrators know this article no school site administrator and or department director may negotiate directly within with the classified staff they cannot sign away their rights doing so is an unfair labor practice and a violation of our contract this week being literal literacy week i wanted to thank the district dr enfield and andy johnson not all of us are able to get out to the

school sites on a daily basis or on a weekly basis but the pictures that are posted online of the cat in the hat hat individuals wearing it having reading programs adults acting a little silly for the benefit of the students all of us appreciate that especially those that don't necessarily get out to the school sites on a regular basis and

with that you guys have a great evening there we go uh miss barbara bearden uh champ president thank you thank you good evening president garnier school board members dr enfield cabinet and china valley community last week chino valley along with the cities of chino and chino hills hosted the 42nd annual student government day where students at the local high schools

participated in leadership opportunities at the city level or at the local schools where they served as principal for a day it was impressive to hear the reflections from the students as they shared their experiences with everyone at a luncheon we have some amazing leaders in our schools and i can't wait to see what their futures entail yesterday i loved seeing the read across

america day pictures from various schools i think the staff members had as much fun participating in school activities as the students we are lucky to work with children who remind us of the joys of being a kid thank you andy johnston for highlighting so many of our schools administrators and community i hope you can participate in the julie gobind

memorial hit the greens for scholarships golf tournament it is a wonderful opportunity to support school portraits by adams photography as they fundraise scholarships to benefit our students please remember to turn in the silent auction gift basket by monday march 14th i look forward to this event every year i hope everyone has a wonderful evening and thank you for your time

the podium any comments on agenda items will be accepted during consideration of that item once the board has commenced deliberations on an issue speaker cards will not be accepted the board is very interested in your comments but please bear in mind the board typically does not respond to comments during this time on the agenda as it is reserved

specifically for public comments individual members may respond during board comments at the end additionally the board does its best to support the public's right to address as elected officials it's also important that the board conduct its business as an orderly and fair fashion as provided in board bylaw in 9323 in the event that an unusual amount of

speaker cards is submitted for any item the board will hear up to 30 minutes of comments in the case of non-agenda items the board can if it chooses here the remainder of comments after all business has been conducted further this bylaw states in part individual speakers will be allowed three minutes to address the board a speaker may not use the podium for

purposes other than addressing the board directly there are no further comments a speaker will be considered to have relinquished his or her allotted three minutes this means that speakers cannot donate their time to another speaker which in effect can give a speaker in more than three minutes the exception is when non-english speakers require a translator mr naw will you please

to left and the red light means your time is over [Music] let's begin the first speaker is student kendall hall followed by jacob costa hello okay so board members oh sorry gotta wait for it board members enfield my name is kendall hall and i'm a student at chinos high school i come to you today to first off

state my concern and also remind you of some things first off you may have lifted the mass mandate in two weeks but why two weeks why not now because you want to try and find every way to cancel it and put the mass specs on bask on back on our innocence sorry so you may have lifted it and maybe it stays that

way but next year when i try to come back you're going to once again discriminate me and deny my education for not having a vaccine not to get sidetracked but since when did we allow students to walk around asking people about their own private medical choices you made this okay to move on from that both my boyfriend and i have been

discriminated and denied tests in school school work from our teacher because of this whole mass situation i'm now scared to even walk into his class after he stated if you do not wear a mask at my class get the hell out and that's a direct quote from him since when did we make this okay since when could teachers number one talk and

treat a student like that and number two openly deny education to a student when addressed to the principal my principal has sat outside with us mascot students since day one and made sure we were taken care of whilst you board members and teachers sat unfazed in normal conditions so real quick first off thank you dr b the principal of chino hills

high school and moving on you board members and some of these teachers disgust me somehow a 15 year old is able to have more respect than half of you on the school board at least i don't taunt and roll my eyes like you do schaefer or that i don't member under my breath and call you off while talking christina or

should i say nasty woman or be like enfield and disregard half of what we are saying i have maturity and respect more maturity and respect than all of you and maybe you should learn from that and be actual adults before i end this i'd like to say thank you to cv parents for actually listening and standing up

for the students and thank you to naw and cruz for representing and actually hearing our voices at these meetings and keeping the board saint also it's funny how last last board member meeting or whatever half of you guys were wearing masks and now you're not what has changed thank you jacob jacob costa followed by pamela bell good evening board members my name is

jacob costa i'm a student at briggs elementary i'm here today to tell you that i don't want to be vaccinated i don't want to wear a mask i can't believe that you guys make me wear a mask every single day i hope these mandates are lifted in two weeks thank you emily bell followed by malia kessler malia kessler followed

by ket strikemans thank you board for the opportunity to speak my name is malia kessler i have three kids in the district now that we're finally almost done with mask let's talk about other covidiency still going on in this district number one hand sanitizer in classrooms hand sanitizer kills topical bacteria cobit is an airborne virus sanitizers have not been proven to kill

covid they do have however kill good bacteria in our kids immune systems please stop funding and or encouraging anti-bacterial sanitizers in our schools number two drop off restrictions have you had kids they forget stuff there are absolutely no studies showing kovid living in pe clothes or lunches once again covid cannot survive on surfaces it is airborne and dies when it lands on

something i'm sure other things might live in pe clothes and lunches but you didn't have a problem with that two years ago number three volunteer policies i've been asking all of you for a year to remove the district coveted volunteer policy i was volunteering in the classroom about once a week for a decade before your restrictions kicked me out and

other parents apparently your justification is that volunteers aren't essential but if you believe that you have not been in a kindergarten classroom you also apparently believe that volunteers who are vaccinated are less likely to spread covet than unvaccinated volunteers science disagrees with you the kovid shot doesn't prevent the spread of covet at all in fact multiple studies have proven natural immunity up

to 20 times more effective than the vaccine not that it's any of your business but i have had all three major strains of covid spread out by nine to 12 months i have better covet immunity than anybody in this city and you won't let me in my kids classroom it's absolutely ludicrous it makes no sense scientifically or educationally

please remove all coveted policies in this district the county has declared the state of emergency over let's start a state of common sense now speaking of common sense i found out tonight and it's very concerning that you are canceling music programs in this district especially the music programs that feed into chino high's band which is good enough to be performing in the rose bowl

if it had more support and more kids my mother has a master's degree in piano pedagogy she taught piano in her home for 50 years all eight of her children have college degrees that is not a coincidence because music connects both sides of the brain it is so important to support music in the schools we have fabulous instructors who are not only

teaching music but being mentors and providing a safe supportive space for our kids thank you bath strickman's followed by parent advocacy of chino valley [Music] good evening we know that this has been a difficult time for a district for students for parents for teachers and administrators parents your effort in standing up for your children was the reason we are

seeing change in california please know that we celebrate you and your brave kiddos teachers and staff you were put in a position between following the district's mass directives and protecting our kids and we would like to thank all of all of you who supported freedom and although some children experience cruelty either directly from the actions of staff or because of the district

policies we know that the vast majority of you were kind and compassionate your actions were seen and we will continue to do everything we can to recognize your support and to protect our kids from mistreatment chino valley families we want you to know that even if this board does not stand with us in putting the students rights first so many parents teachers

and staff do this year has been challenging and feels so hopeless at times but then we'll get a message of hope asking us to keep fighting encouraging us to keep doing all we can to make this stop and bring back common sense we as a community are fortunate to have so many people who are excited to see

smiling faces again it can't come soon enough we know that the battle over mass was a loud one but it revealed a lot of what has been happening for a long time and the intentions of those who are supposed to be leading the district it's so much more than a mask and it always has been parent and staff choice was ripped away

without anyone questioning or fighting for what was truly right we the parent advocacy group of chino valley will continue to serve our students parents and staff we love and appreciate the community support and encouragement we have we have committed this we have committed to this marathon we won't back down because we are part of something that is putting the parents voice back

in education remember together we are better ariana minter okay i am an eighth grader at canyon hills junior high and um so even though you guys lifted the order on mass i believe that we shouldn't get vaccinated because one it doesn't even work that well my mom got the vaccine and she still got covered pneumonia close after

the vaccine does not work and you should not force kids like me to get the vaccine and get shot with a needle i have a phobia of needles and i don't want to get poked and um it makes you sick a lady at kaiser a hospital said that it doesn't you shouldn't get your kid vaccinated because kids are having bad reactions to

the vaccine so why should you make us get vaccinated if people are getting hurt by it and it doesn't even work thank you chris shaw chris shaw followed by sonia shaw good evening my name is chris shaw and i'm here for two reasons number one reason is i just want to thank mr cruz and mr gnaw for what they've done for

everybody i also i also want to thank all these parents that have been out here every single week sticking up for their children sticking up for their rights sticking up for their freedom sticking up for their education they picked a battle against you people up there and for me this is a battle they picked and this is a battle they've

won against you guys i also want to say to [Music] mr schaefer up there who disrespected my wife last time last time you did this to my wife right mr schaefer well this time i want to do this to you this is me waving goodbye to you this is me saying you good luck on your new job because we

already found your replacement and trust me you don't have a fighting chance against this person and gagne to you you're just a huge disappointment thank you good evening board and community almost a year ago last may i made a promise to do all i can to do to protect and fight for our children i never asked why and

was never given the house the way our team came together was no accident and that is something i along with many in the community are so thankful for i'm surrounded by amazing souls who have been and stood up and literally have sacrificed so much for our children many only see what's on the surface and don't know about everything we have done most

have never even known about the individual meetings with trying to work with gagne schaefer bridge and dr enfield the countless times they sent us off to plead to somebody else who might be able to help us thinking we would just give up the times i along with others showed up to our elective officials offices not even knowing

not even knowing a clue about how this all works but look at us today we have built relationships with so many community members and you have realized we won't go away you know we won't back down we will work from the moment we open our eyes until we force ourselves to fall asleep just like we have my promise was to continue to do all i

can to bring common sense back into our district and to make sure parents and their children are heard last wednesday god opened the door for something big i personally have heard your calls our community members emails messages and text messages and with a huge open and bone open heart and vulnerability i'm announcing tonight i am ready for school

board 2022 [Music] [Applause] the community has made it loud and clear the need for a parent to serve the community and make sure our kids have a voice is needed i feel like i have been called to serve and i will make another promise today to speak for you and for your children i pray that you will see my heart and my

intentions and that you will allow me to honor that honor thank you for all your support now let's hear it sonia shaw 2022 [Applause] [Music] crystal crystal barrett crystal barrett followed by misty startup so for the last almost year i have been coming to these meetings the amount of dysfunction that i have witnessed up there on this board is

insane the disrespect you give us parents especially shaffer right now that can't even look up is disgusting but over the last few weeks the amount of abuse that our children have endured is absolutely unacceptable letting them sit outside in extreme weather of heat cold wind rain it makes me sick to my stomach i'm thankful the masks are

lifted on the 12th but why the 12th is covet that smart that it magically goes away like let's use some common sense here we're done we're done with your lies we're done with your political agendas that you have exposed our children to dr enfield back in march of 2022 the board voted and gave you all powers necessary

declaring that chino valley unified school district was under state of emergency this needs to be addressed and be lifted asap because even our county has lifted the state of emergency the extra abuse the extra abuse of power is not necessary and not needed any longer they say if you want to really get to know someone to give them power for a

day and see what they do well dr enfield two years has been two years too long of you having that power you have showed us your true colors you are not looking out for a kid's best interest you guys are such hypocrites sitting up there especially you christina you sat up there for months wearing a mask acting

like acting like you think it's protecting you but i've seen you at events with more people than we have here hugging people socializing like crazy and you're not wearing a mask there um you tell us over and over again that we are the minority but i'm still waiting for your majority to show up where are they but let's talk about your political

agenda real quick you say there's not one but didn't you work with kamala harris didn't you and your husband meet at hillary clinton's party has anyone ever heard of emerge california go look it up it's a candidate training program for democratic democratic women running for office guess who's on the front page of the website christina gagner guess who

else is involved with this program kamala harris i mean can you get any more political than that and schaefer i mean you're just a disgrace i can't you can't even look at us as a police officer how would you address citizens if they treated you the way you treat us we are done remember i told you guys we are we

aren't going away well our numbers are growing and your credibility is shrinking i thank god for my strong brave courageous friend sonia shaw that does have the best interest for our children with no political agendas attached she's giving me hope as a parent that my kids have a bright future at chino valley unified school district that is something that none of you have

given us for the last two years this misty startup followed by megan long okay well i'm just gonna yell can you hear me if i yell because i want to be heard um we've all heard the saying be the change you want to be we are having to fight again for our freedoms like they did in 1776

because we are at war this is a war between good and evil many don't think it is because we don't see the guns blazing we're getting sucker punched enough is enough and we will resist until good prevails over evil i went to a fundraiser for somebody running for state senate and they read this quote by benjamin franklin that i thought was really good

we shall be divided by our little partial local interests our projects will be confounded and we ourselves shall become a reproach and by word down to future ages i therefore beg leave to move that henceforth prayers imploring the assistance of heaven and its blessings on our deliberations be held in this assembly every morning before we proceed to business

and that one or more of the clergy of this city be requested to officiate in that service we need god in our society he's being taken out therefore for the my remaining time i'd like to say a prayer our father in heaven we love thee so much and we have not forgotten thee we know that thou art with us every day

here fighting with us and for our kids and for our freedoms that you gave us in this amazing country we live in we ask you to continue to be with us stand with us we pray for a miracle that our board and our school district and our governors and our the leaders of our state will have their heart softened

that they will know that our kids are the most important things to us father we ask these things in the name of thy son jesus christ amen megan long followed by diane hart good evening board members i want to first address last month's meeting talk about unprofessional it was very disrespectful and disappointing to watch you gagne schaefer and bridge flee the stage like

a bunch of cowards let me remind you of your oath you serve our constitution our state our city but most importantly our kids and our parents you serve nobody but yourself that night next i'd like to address miss gagne's recent interview with the chronicle you said quote the protesters don't necessarily reflect the opinion of broad swaths of the

community end quote look around who has been showing up to these board meetings the last 10 months where are these broad swaths of people that you are referring to because they're not here they aren't showing up and they're not voicing their concerns or opinions i have a great idea since you guys like polls and surveys so much why don't you send out a poll to

the parents of the 27 000 cvusd students and ask who is for and against the vaccine mandate who is willing and wanting to vaccinate their child for a cvusd education who is willing to leave cvusd and take their funds with them if there is no kova 19 vaccine choice and then why don't you publish that for all of us to see the numbers

it's time to pass the educational freedom act each one of our kids has a fair share allowance under the current prop 98 and that's 14 000 per child my household has three kids that's forty two thousand dollars a year um their k through twelve education a hundred eighty two thousand dollar dollars and half a million for my from

just my household that we give to this district for education remember money talks and if this and if us parents aren't satisfied with this district then we need to take our allowance and our business elsewhere somewhere where they will listen and have our kids best interest it was very obvious with the last board meeting that this board does not have

the best interest of our children instead you are consumed and crippled by your greed your politics and your sr-3 funds parents it is time to do what every other state is doing the masses are waking up we will take back our districts our cities one election at a time and one seat at a time let's unite put the dire

needs of our children first sonia you have my vote anything you want to say sweetie no i stand for my daughter this is enough's enough we need you guys to help us if not we're gonna leave this district we will thank you diane hart followed by kyleen vias i don't know if i can see good evening board members my name is diane hart that

was my daughter who i'm very proud of my granddaughter one of my six grandchildren is a miracle 25 weeks one pound three ounces five months in the nicu she is now 10 and has been flourishing until 2020. she struggles with speech because her vocal cords don't connect and now extensive dental work and braces her voice does not project the mask

makes everything worse medically it is it stifles her she's been sitting outside doing work for 31 days 31 days she's got some guts doesn't she garcetti lori lightfoot nancy pelosi gavin newsom and the list goes on and on and on money hungry lying above the law politicians who bribe our school districts you people something like 34 million

money to keep these mandates in place stop accepting dirty money you work for us these masks are hurting and damaging our children shame on you most but not all of our teachers and principals are under horrible stress they're wonderful they're wonderful people i would not want to have their jobs for any amount of money i am a retired para

educator and for the last 35 years have seen it all i've worked pe programs special ed reading coach sports and tutored long afternoon evenings with kids who have struggled over our new math horrible by the way i've seen it firsthand i have two adult children who have graduated in this district now i have six grandchildren in this district

but if things continue and there are shop mandates they won't be in this school district anymore they will be home schooled for sure i'm past being a mama bear but now i'm a grandma bear throw away these masks muzzle our children now shame on you you you guys have been bought and it's shameful it really is and this was prepared for two weeks ago

but some people walked out and it didn't get to be read so it's a little outdated i come here tonight with a word from the throne of the grace of god for each of you that you must heed carefully to for tonight what you decide mr schaefer in your heart will play before you in eternity as you ignore me there

mr schaefer is it well with your family is it well with your wife is it well with your soul you need to set your house in order lest that what you have lest it slip from you quickly mr bridge the blood on your hands is great you may not see it now but you certainly will soon the things

you have helped to promote to steal the innocence of my children i will deal with you as i did the children of israel when they caused their children to pass through the fires of moloch saith the lord infield what you sow with that shall you also reap i have seen as thou has line thy pockets with the gold and the silver of a

country that does not know me a country that persecutes my people that murder my innocent as you wipe your mouth because your conscience is seared and cauterized with a hot iron as if you have done nothing wrong i have seen your ways and it has not gone unnoticed and a harvest is shortly coming up but it is not that

chino hills high school i'm not only a parent but a registered nurse who has been at the front line of this pandemic for the last two years and know what's really going on it is my understanding that this pathetic governor will be adding the covet shot as part of the vaccine requirements for schools unfortunately if the board implements

this mandate my daughter will have her senior year taken away from her she absolutely refuses to take the shot and i will explain why she was diagnosed with leukemia at nine and a half years old she fought this horrible disease for two and a half years to watch my daughter suffer and fight for her life was the hardest thing

that my family has ever gone through thankfully she won the battle and she is 16 and healthy today now this brings me to the main reason why i'm against this shot when our family started talking about this right away my daughter said no way what happens if i relapse from this shot mom and i said it's time for me to start

investigating this doing research on childhood leukemia survivors and the occurrences of relapse after a coveted shot nothing found i talked to her oncologist about this and guess what she said evidence you know the risk uh the benefit outrage the risk the typical response we get today from doctors who have been forbidden to practice medicine in fear of losing their license if they

yeah very very quickly i too want to congratulate everybody for the student government day last week at the district office we had students that participated in a mock board meeting as district administrators staff audience members and it was a pleasure to watch that also around the district students participated in city councils and on campus and i also want to thank the the staff

and everybody for coordinating the uh the lunch for all the students and everybody at chino hills high school afterwards and congratulations to all the students who were selected for this event i also attended the chino state of the city luncheon uh presentation by mayor iloa and uh mr schaefer's already mentioned but i too want to add congratulations to the chino hills high
