all right good evening everyone it is that time i uh now call to order the special meeting of the board of education monday december 14 2020 at 4 pm for the record we are opening the meeting in open session and it will be live streamed on the youtube channel for chino valley unified school district and will be recorded

for the record uh mr bridge welcome uh myself mr na and mr cruz are in the board room and ms gagne is joining us remotely so i will take a roll call you could just uh signify you're here mr bridge here mr cruz mrs gagne president mr nah and i am present moving on for the record there were no comments

that were received referenced in two agenda items tonight within the specified window so we will move on now to action items item number two a one the 2020-2021 first interim financial report recommend the board of education approve the 2020 2021 first interim financial report and authorize the president of the board of education and the superintendent to sign the positive

certification of financial condition for the current and two subsequent fiscal years now i have a motion so moved the motion by mr nan the second by miss gany are there any questions or comments from the board hearing none and seeing none we will now vote mr bridge yes mr cruz yes mrs gagne yes mr nah aye and i am a yes motion passes five to

zero and for the record we do not have our our student rep tonight for preferential moving on now to item 2a2 the 2020 2021 local control funding formula budget overview for parents recommend the board of education approve the 2020 2021 local control funding formula budget overview action for parents are there uh may i have a motion moved

the motion by mrs ghania in the second by mr naw questions or comments from the board was was there any emails concerning this matter from parents or from anybody no we did not receive any any emails uh comments for either item this evening great okay okay any other questions or comments seeing none we will now vote mr bridge
