December 14, 2020: A New Member Seated and Two Budget Filings Approved

A 2020 state trailer bill, Senate Bill 98, changed this document's timing for the pandemic year. A California Department of Education overview of the bill, dated June 30, 2020, said no Local Control and Accountability Plan or annual update was required for 2020-21, that the Budget Overview for Parents was separated from the LCAP that year, and that it had to be adopted by December 15, 2020 8. This special meeting fell on the day before that deadline.
